  • George's Bass randomly changes into a Les Paul.

  • @IanEduardoMeneses like a boss!!

  • hahaha paul is laughing in 1:23

  • I see that John is in the video. He's holding an acoustic guitar. But he doesn't play it. Nor does he sing. So basically he is just standing there...

  • @MovieMaker484 actually you can see john playing guitar on the chorus, 1:53. And he does a quick harmony on 2:35. Although most of the time he is just standing there.

  • @grossmushroom1581 Thank You

  • @MovieMaker484 Ok... so nobody was gonna have John jumping around and helping out when they knew Yoko would be coming to oversee these animations. So to keep the peace I guess they have John there singing harmonies he didn't sing and half heartedly hanging out with the guitar knowing that the reality wouldn't go over to well with the estates. LOL.. if it'd been me doing the animation I'd have LOVED to show McCartney noodling with the synthesizer using the slide control!!!

  • @wonderman800 They were prob high on drugs or something

  • Bang Bang Maxwell's silver hammer!Weird what this song is about ,Still such a GREAT SONG

  • @KoolKorey1011 I guess a song about a murderer fits under the category of english folk song. Sort of like Steve Winwood doing John Barleycorn Must Die ... though it's uncomfortable amidst the Peace & Love mythology of John & Yoko and The later Beatles. What's with George playing the fender six string bass though? Is he on this and Golden Slumbers?

  • i can never understand why the video doesn't work right whenever i do this on multiplayer

  • kolkolkol~

  • ehhhhhhh Paul doesnt look to bright

  • i LOVE Paul :D

  • best scenes 0:55 0:56 0:57 0:58 1:01

  • jaja i love 0:52

  • I love the Anthology version where Paul laughs! xDD

  • @John37816 that's true also in the dreamscape of Here comes the sun, John isn't supposed to be there, or Back in the USSR, where Ringo din't play the drums, but I think it could be worst if they took out some beatle in a dreamscape

  • @SgtLennonRocker @John37816 Harmonix mainly crafted The Beatles: Rock Band as a tribute to them, as well as a fictionalized version which is why all four members are always there even if in actuality they weren't; they made it as if they never had their troubles.

  • I agree with the people that say this game is not realistic. According to The Beatles, John hated Maxwell's Silver Hammer. So he had to be moved to the audio studio. So when they recorded this song John wasn't there. He was in the room. Yet in the game, here he is. And if you wonder why Paul laughs when he says "writing 50 times..", guess who was showing his ass from the audioroom when Paul said "behind". XD Well it don't matter. I don't think people want to see John's hairy ass in the scape. :P

  • i wonder, does Maxwell represent Thor?

  • Anyone notice how George has a bass guitar, John has an acoustic, and yet there is an electric guitar in the background?

  • @TheRockWings thats actually an 6-string george has. it's actually a fender jaguar (one of my personal favs.)

  • @Pollandtheawesome Then, if George is on a regular electric guitar, John is on an acoustic, Paul is on the piano, and Ringo is on the drums... who's playing bass guitar? Ah, it's a Beatless song... anything's possible!

  • @TheRockWings Yeah they show George playing guitar during the chorus and then have him holding the bass during the verse. I didn't think he was playing bass on this one though.

  • John hated this song and did not participate in it, yet he's in the dreamscape. Minor flaw, but I like how the animators seemed to incorporate John's hatred for this song in the dreamscape, you'll notice John keeps tilting his head up and looking annoyed at 44 seconds, at 1:09, and he looks bored at 2:22, that being said I have no idea why he looks so happy at 18 seconds and at 1:57. I love this song though as well as this game.

  • I like Paul's Beatles songs (most of them anyway), but what a terrible song to follow "Something". Almost as bad as "Martha My Dear" following "Happiness is a Warm Gun".

  • why did paul chuckle?

  • @TheSuperGamefreak not sure this is fact, but I remember reading somewhere (could have been in the beatles anthology) that john mooned him from the booth. hahahaa. though, that may be in the anthology version, where paul really starts laughing, not just a little chuckle.

  • Wow.. this is song is disturbing but.. I like it ^.^

  • paul laugh at 1:24

  • one person needs to get hit by Maxwell's silver hammer

  • TE AMO CAMILA ARDILA I LOVE YOUUUUU

  • i love that Paul laughs while singing this song.

  • mmm why george have a fender jaguar and at 1:45 he have a les paul ?

  • @USERNAMEESES it's actually a Fender VI six string bass that George is holding.. hey I didn't know George played bass on this one and I'm surprised that's him on Golden Slumbers and I guess Carry That Weight.

  • fender jaguar! yay :D

  • Glowing Paul!

  • why was george playin his guitar at the very begining i didnt hear it i hate when that happens

  • @TheBobohj George was playing the bass in the beginning you idiot... If you watch carefully, George switches from bass to guitar during the song.

  • at the beginning the drum set is playing by it's own lol

  • i love how in some songs George plays bass

  • 0:47

    They messed up

Paul says "Bang Bang," as it says "clang clang" in the background

  • @GuitarHeroIIIRocker

i have a beatles book with the words its realy "clang clang" in the words but they changed it (idk y they would tho) but in fact they didnot realy mess up. (paul just changed the words around)

  • George swithes guitar through the song. thats how awesome the beatles are

  • I know the some is about a boy killing people with a hammer but is the boy a kid, or a teen?

  • ...how is george playing bass with a regular guitar?

  • @GarsinX It's a 6 stringed bass.

  • @RevolverKat I think George played both the Fender VI and the lead guitars, too. I believe Lennon was absent from the initial recording of this song.

  • @darkhoarse820 Yeah he does, (judging from the video around :45) and I know for a fact John hated this song so he may as well have. According to Wikipedia (who may or not be reliable in this case) says he plays the acoustic guitar on the song and George plays lead guitar and bass.

  • @RevolverKat Well, George hated the song, too, but he was too gracious not to play on it. After all, he was in a band and bandmates normally don't do what John did on many occasions. He always found an excuse to not play on a George song. John's initial absence had more to do with the car accident he had been in and he was busy getting healthy while the other three started recording it.

  • Why does Harrison play with two different guitars in this song???

  • @Doorknob069 one guitar is a FENDER VI six string bass and the other is the Gibson Les Paul to show he was playing guitar on it too. Was he using the Les Paul on the whole album? What about "Rocky" the stratocaster or the rosewood tele?

  • I really like this sooong oh oh oh.... LOL

  • 1:09 John's hair looks really shiny like lego hair shiny

  • paul had a beard during this period though

  • Thumbs up for an angry James Paul McCartney!

  • BANG¡¡ BANG¡¡...CLANG¡¡ CLANG¡¡ :D

  • Only The Beatles can write a song about a murderer and still make it up-beat hahaha this song is crazy as hell! But it's one of me favourite songs =]

  • thanks for sharing

  • I. WANT. THIS. GAME. SO. BAD. D:> It's not FAIR!!! jk its totally fair. I need to save mah moneh... : ( But still... :'(

  • Why did the beatles write a song about someone who kills people with a hammer? Awesome song, though.

  • Paul wrote this song as a reference to his past. He wrote a poem during his childhood that he thought was one of the best he ever wrote. And his English teacher rejected it and disliked it. So he wrote a song on it, and sort of as revenge against his teacher.

  • @Intrdmnsion where did you hear that??

  • @Intrdmnsion Google and Wikipedia.

  • @wonderman800 probobly from all the cannabis they were on, lol

  • @wonderman800 they wrote this when they were in their Death Metal faze.

  • @wonderman800 Paul got dared by a friend...

  • @wonderman800 paul saidahappy song about aserial killer

  • @wonderman800 If that was a legit question: I'm guessing it would be a metaphor.

  • @wonderman800 Because they were high as F.ck lol

  • @wonderman800 means that things that are going so good can just get so fucked up out of nowhere gettign ready for a date beign all happy to spend tiem with your man then all of a sudden he beats the shit out of you with a silver hammer

  • @wonderman800 I'm not sure if someone already told you this, or if you found out, but it's not really about a murderous boy. Rather, it's about the ups and downs of life. Paul said so himself.

  • @THATKIDSProductions did you even listen to the song?

  • @TheMrcrazy711 Ouch.

  • @THATKIDSProductions sorry to sound mean, i was in a pissy mood and thought that sounded wrong

  • @wonderman800 For maxwell the fucking badass of m-I5 THE KILLER
