@mohddzulfadly brings good here the mountain is a crank and pistons 88.2mm 80.5 mm there is also a 82.2 piston of ford fiesta but you have to trim the piston

mi pana te recomiendo que forres el escape y el intake con cinta termotec, la vender por mercadolbre... el calor que hay en el compartimiento del motor calienta la tuberia de aluminio y el intake large ram no hace el trabajo que deberia debido a que el aire frio que pasa por la tuberia caliente toma la temperatura del tubo y el aire entra igual de caliente al motor.. quiero una programable dame tu numero o msn y compartimos conocimientos ;)

is the head and block still from the original motor. Did you stroke it or bore it out to make it a 1.8?

pana si me permites darte mi opinion yo tenia un sonido parecido eso es la empacadura del escape que de seguro se quemo ponla doble y que la peguen con un cellador especial para escape y santo remedio

Coño disculpa al que postio borre su comntario por error y no sup como remediarlo, bueno yo ya entendi el sonido que creen es acite, es la valvula PCV, que donde puedes vr tiene un filtro pequeño, yo me percate del ruido pero no entendia a cual ruido metalico, ya que el heder tiene al final una especie de lamina que divide al final tipo moto y este produce al acelleral un sonido raro

@mikedudley17 the older aveos are drive by wire because they a cheap, simply and work well. New drive by throttle systems are designed to give the feel the car is faster then it really is at Part throttle, and prevent jerk starts at full throttle.

Brother otras preguntas... Con ese Intake exactamente donde quedo el filtro conico? Justo despues del Hueco de la carroceria por donde esta el guardapolvo o hacia otra direccion? y ahi no se te ensucia mucho o se te puede mojar cuando llueve? Disculpa la preguntadera es que se lo quiero hacer al mio y ando buscando opiniones.

sip, el quedo dentro  del guardafango, yo selle el protector del del gualdafango con uretano y si sacas el faro trabajas mas comodo, le hago mantenimiento cada 3 meses, dependiendo si a habido mucha lluvia o nop

Bueno ese pequeño filtro no da ninguna mejora, solo evita que entre agua por hay, ya que me falto una maguera que tendria que ir conectada de hay a la tuberia del filtro conico, el sensor de aire quedo en su lugar donde va

Brother donde mandaste a hacer ese Intake hasta abajo y colocaste el filtro conico en el guardafango.. Por fa brother respondeme que quiero mandarle a hacer uno igualito a mi Aveo. Gracias

pana hay hey dos sistemas de intake, uno de corsa y otro de mustang 2000, de los dos  fabrique ese, pero buscando la tuberia que tenga las curvas necesarias puedes fabricarlo
