Well ,you have to consider if it is worth staying in the same place and do serious repairs .This wouldn't be an isolated flooding disaster .There seem more of this to come as the weather seem chaotic and raging . No place is 100% safer ,but going for higher elevation would help and away from flood path . You location is in the path and if another bigger than sendong flood would ever happen ,you think its worth a good cosy sleep on rainy a night ?
