actually when performing an arm-bar, the entire part of an arm-bar is too break the posture of the opponant, only after that should your legs even move, I find it's better too first bring your hand too the back of there neck grab the side of there gi on the opposite arm your grabbing the neck with, then use the momentum from it too move your posture over and send your leg around and finish it, most of this was correct, except the first hand position.
