WIC in MS requires anyone to have ID, and referrals from Health Department or Dr. Then again, those abuse this system need to be prosecuted for Fraud. Pisses me off when I go to WIC and wife and baby are waiting in line to get food and formula. Formula is very EXPENSIVE!!! Then again, In MS, you are required to go to a nutrition class before you can receive WIC. Are other states the same???

I go to the welfare office once every 6 months, and I'm always the only white person there (out of around 90 people), and usually the only one with an obvious handicap.
