I visited there from Florida. I loved it, loved the snow, the trees...but most of all ..the people are the nicest people i've ever met anywhere...and I've travelled all over the world. I hope you all never ever change or let Coeur D Alene change. Too many drug dealers from Mexico and the Hispanic countries are ruinning Florida. Don't let them ruin your beautiful area. Save it for your grandchildrens-grandchildren.

We hate the illegals here too, the gangs they bring in, the drug dealers they bring...but hating didn't keep them away. Our govt. is even pander to them. They get housing allotments, in-state tuitiom fees for their illegal students, they get WIC, medicaid, welfare checks $400 to $600 per baby and that's not all the other handouts such as Wic, medicaid and food stamps. Guess who pays, you do, we all do, with our taxes. Then they tell us there isn't much left in the social secuity coffers.
