  • Wow a politician who speaks her mind and not sound bites! amazing person in every way! way to go May!

  • Would anyone here link me to the context in which Elizabeth May said "this is clearly an attempt by 4 party leaders who are men to keep a woman out of power"?

  • fat so? Grow up,how did the stupid kid join Youtube?

  • who let the fat sow in?

  • God Bless our Liz May.

  • Steven harper gave a speech to The Bilderberg Group and became a leader so did BUSH !! so did Tony Blair so did most leaders in the world ,the Biderberg group calls for 80% reduction of world population. Politicians that give the right speech gets mass amounts of money for campaigns plus the Bilderberg Group owns most media in the world thats how they control politics ,don,t just believe me check the facts, media has a complete black out on them until recent documentary's have blown the lid off!!

  • The reason their bullshit works is because we pay their crap "creedence" . The media doesn't succeed unless there are groups who show interest by buying their neutrality. They , like most others , are just in line to buy a house. So much so , that they are doormats waiting to be walked upon. For some reason the rats don't like being told about their own surroundings , lest they can forget.

  • I could not have said it better. Go Team!

  • I love this woman! Go Liz go!!!

  • I hope this bitch can stand tall when the shit really hits the fan. She's a curb hugging hippo that has something to say about all the other wood slugs that have managed to have themselves viewed through a customized mirror. Just like all the rest of the other politicians that want complete and utter exemption from everything.

  • This is the biggest election scandal i see in a so called democratic country, Canada ...is it sexism ? or are the leaders of all the parties AFRAID to debate with the leader of the Green Party ?

  • The Liberals aren't running a candidate in her riding. It's called collusion.

  • Elizabeth May is a buffoon!

  • If the Green party wants to stir up some interest, they could take a lesson from the US Republicans.

Get somebody that looks like Sarah Palin leading that party. Even if she was as stupid as Elizabeth May, at least she wouldn't be uglying up the TV.

  • She's not even that , she isn't believable yet. She has been told to hang around and learn a bit (here's a seat). All expenses paid of course.

  • Elizabeth May has infinitely MORE experience in the field of law and politics than any of the other candidates. People find it too convenient to ignore the green party on the basis of it being "not believable." People don't want to change. People want to keep on polluting and defacing a country that was once the most beautiful landscape in the world, and paying high income taxes to be able to do so. Shame on Harper for supporting this!

  • Nice call out on Harper. We need more leaders and candidates in this election to call Harper our. They need to address the loss of information about the political process in Canada. No more scrums, no more questions to the candidates and wooden rallies with them saying the talking points.

  • Are you kidding me? The best any Canadian Government is going to do - is to arrange meetings , and yet more meetings. It's a way of life for them. They have managed to stow themselves away from any real Canadian life in the process. They knew that much. Which is ancient , like yr. 1900 stuff. It all ends up to 1 big fat 0 for us on a whole. It's government , not reality TV.

  • If the leaders of the other political parties want to opt out let them. It is highly unlikely they would take such a dramatic step when the majority of Canadians make their voting decision based on the outcome of the federal debates.

  • If the Conservatives didn't show up, who would all the collected leftist imbeciles gang up on? The spectacle would draw an audience smaller than the number of debaters.

  • A B C.... Anything But conservative

  • What a day for Canadian democracy. And for humanity, really. Some dirty, filty hippies in the so-called green party demanded to be let in the debate, despite the fact that they have never had a candidate elected to Parliament, and the legitimate parties said no. Right on! If they want to be in a Tier II debate, with the Christian Heritage, Marijuana and Canadian Nazi parties, so be it. But they have no place in a debate with parties that enjoy the confidence of the electorate.

  • Another idea would be proportional air-time, based on percentage of the vote. The Eco-Idiot party would get about 5.35 seconds of air-time. How does that sound to you lefties out there?

  • Helmut...less talk.....you makin a fool of yourself.

  • Get a job, socialist moron.

  • I think you should have the right too. Harper also has the right to opt out.

The result would be that the Canadian people, if anyone bothered to watch, would see that the rest of the parties are the all the same, lefty-liberal-socialists.

  • As if Harper would EVER give up the chance to run his mouth on TV.

And maybe the rest of the parties are "lefty-liberal socialists" because that's what the majority of canadians are too?

  • Most Canadians vote for one of the major parties.

If Harper stayed home, the networks might as well broadcast a test pattern. Nobody wants to watch the lefties argue about who can best raise taxes while playing Santa Claus with the treasury.

  • stand up and SHOUT !

wen need this voice in this debate.

    speak out NOW !
