I think he means 78000 to unlock it, im level 33 and it says that I get the villa at 78000xp. 10000xp seems right as most buildings are at a 1 xp per 100 coins rate.
25010 im level 26, usually you divide the cost by 100 and thats how much xp you get on buildings, like log cabin is 250000 and you get 2 500xp, i hope it is 85000 though, that would be sweet.
ur givign the secret away....... ppl are suppsoed to be able to figure that out on they're own haha. most ppl wont spend that much time doing all that work, so thats good

As you get higher in levels it requires way more to reach the next. What I did was buy a lot of haybales and sell them. They are worth 5 xp points.
