I just watched that thing on Oprah about the "Blue Zones"(places where there's a large amount of people over 90 that are healthy & active. . .this lady must be from one of those places. They actually did a study about what these places have in common too, so that we could ALL benefit from the research. And most of it had to do with diet, walking, sunlight. . .oh, and ALL of them had gardens or farm-land. . .^___^ XD
