You guys have to be educated in singing.. Just by comparing Brandy and Beyonce's resonance is enough to determine who's the winner. Brandy, in all vocal registers can't even give a decent resonance... Beyonce's however has a really powerful resonance in all vocal registers. Also Beyonce has classical training.. her runs are more accurate and even incorporates aspects in technical singing.. crescendos, pianissimos, crisp staccatos, etc.. Comparing Brandy to Beyonce is an insult to Beyonce....

Some are bothered by her taking breaths... it's actually kind of nice that she's not lip-synching. She doesn't have the range of a Whitney or Jennifer, but she stayed in tune, took her time and remembered the words. All in all, well done.

Some are bothered by her taking breaths... it's actually kind of nice that she's not lip-synching. She doesn't have the range of a Whitney or Jennifer, but she stayed in tune, took her time and remembered the words. All in all, well done.

I really hate to bring this up but I'm sorry Brandy did a waaaaaay better job than Monica did on this song. I just watched the 6/8/10 National Anthem by Monica and it was not as good as this. She was pitchy and needed back up from a choir. Brandy did all of this on her own. Wow!
