Hey man I love General Motors But i dont think they should have bailed them out. They should have just let them go bankrupt -_- Now americas deeper in tho hole.
Well that is just stupid.... I am happy that we helped out GM because imagin all of those jobs lost... and who knows maybe you might work for a branch of GM they would just say sorry you are fired... and the jobless rate would have been higher! so that is why I think that none of the Big Three should go out of business because they have ties in to companies that you might not know about and then they would have started to collaps and it would ripple out to all of the other companies....
Remember GM's electric car? They should bring that back and say "Fuck the oil companies that buy us out" GM deserves to sink. Plus all American cars are unreliable anyways. Why bail these n00bs out?!
Why? Have you no knowledge of history? It's a known fact a country cannot thrive without manufacturing. You have no clue how many millions of people around the country are employed directly by the auto industry and how many millions more all over the country that supply parts, material, services, etc. earn a living because of the auto industry. The only reason people wasn't to see them fail is to bust the unions. Have fun making 5 bucks an hour, if there's anything left to make here, that is.
the union are the exact reason these companies folded. i bet you would love to make 75 an hour. tell me why these fucks need 75 an hour to assemble a fucking car? when an electrician barely makes 25 an hour. Fuck the unions they are the reason these companies are fuct. unions collect money from people to fill some lazy fuck that don't do anything but sit at a desk and collect your monthly dues. Unions are a fucking scam the right to work tax basically.
It's because of the unions we have the quality of life we do now. It's because of the unions we have retirement programs, it's because of the unions we don't have child labor anymor, it's because of the unions we have a lot of things. It is not the fault of the unions. Back in the 50's and 60's, auto workers made more per hour compared to the then minimum wage than they do now, yet the companies were raking in money hand over fist. Also, auto workers don't make 75 bucks and hour.
Could it be that they are preparing for an actual accounting at Fort Knox and need to call in Gold that has been put up as collateral for various reasons.
Usa has serious problems but so does every other country. Especially China. I read that the number of rural folk that have lost jobs in the city has reached 20 million (the size of Ausralia)Apart from that serious incidents of rioting and unrest occurred on a daily basis during 2008. So what can be expected in 2009. It sounds like a country that will be struggling just to maintain order within its own borders. To put it mildly that is! We should not write off the USA just yet
The people that control the money, for the whole world, are not in the least upset, and why should they, the project is proceeding exactly as planned. The US is being dethroned as the world leader and China and others will take the place of the US. Americans will see a severe drop in standard of living, permanently. It may go as far as to have other countries take over the US completely.Anyways, this is a steady march to removing all rights and freedoms and total control of everything people do.
certainly if the new amero was to be backed by gold then a good case could be made for us citizens to support the amero and be forced to exchange gold for ameros and doubtless at a pretty stingy rate. But which us citizen would wish to act disloyally to such a call to rally together.

Evening Mike - Great videos today. I convinced a friend to subscribe too and he said he is going to pay more attention to the news from now on. One more for the cause...
Mike, thanks for another excellent video. You have quickly risen to the top of Tubers I anxiously await reports from. All the more annoying that YouTube seems to be delaying the release of them since you joined the team. Will this always be so? Or is this a probationary period?
The problem is thus - in order to give everyone 'a good experience', they will first re-encode my video for lo-res; then re-encode for high quality; then re-encode for all the mobile phone formats... and then distribute the video to all the 'server farms' around the world.
When that is complete, THEN they will check to see if I have used copywrite material.
Once that is complete (usually 4-8 hours, depending on how many other partners release videos), THEN they will 'officially release' it.
Reinhardt? Is he on TheTrain of Thought? He likes to have the morning paper's Crossword solved Words go up words come down Forwards backwards twisted round He grabs a pile of letters from a small suitcase Disappears into an office It's another working day And his thoughts are full of strangers Corridors of naked lights And his mind once full of reason Now there's more than meets the eye
I was looking at an article about the derivitives. Over 600trillion worth floating around. With and estimated 14trillion worth that can go sour. I might check out your article. Was a 1/3 of the way thru the russian one before i went to bed last night.
I have been saying for ages that the goal posts will move.
The amount of bail out was £500billion, then it was £1Trill, now its £1.3 Trill, and if its still got to go through the "corruption" factor, i reckon its going up to about £4Trill (max 8).
Yep, they been 'playing' in the market to supress it. Hopefully with the news they are moving gold BACK to the reserves this will stop and gold can do it's thing!
I was just thinking that I hadn't seen a FeverIam video today...AND there you were! I love your sidebar. You have so much information there. I do the same thing...Really good stuff!
It's very sad that I won't need to worry about a white van man running me down like a dog...It made street crossing a real adventure.
I'm coming back to the sidebar tomorrow. I'm too exhausted to go through it all tonight. But thank!
In the early 1980s I worked in sale-leasebacks, leveraged buyouts, and private placements of debt. What an education, when I saw some of America's richest people freak out when some tax laws were changed and suddenly they had to foot the entire bill of their investments; Never forgot it. Then, I worked in junk bonds . . . Quit in June of 1987.
This recession has me spooked because even the sex industry is hurting.
Another great report! As I was driving around town today, I begin to think that maybe the economic collapse is over blown. Shops, restaurants, and businesses are full of people. Maybe here in the US South we are not being hit as hard -- maybe people are in denial or oblivious to what is to come -- maybe people hope the gov't will save them. Unfortunately, we are still at the tip of the iceberg -- it's all the stuff underneath the water that scares the heck out of me.
Yep. Like I said in my earlier video, different places will have different reactions. Parts of California are crumbling, and Michigan is a complete mess but others will thrive (as well as they did before) - but when the markets shift it will start to affect people in unexpected ways.
wellingtonsc75: I've been thinking along those lines, too. When I look around my community (mid-west) & talk to people I know, nothing seems to have changed. Everyone is going about their business in the same way they've always done. Oh sure, we were all being more a lot more frugal last year when gas prices got out of control, and here & there I hear that someone's friend has lost his job, & there seems to be a little less stuff on the shelves at the stores, but that's about it.
wellingtonsc75: actually I take back my "that's about it" statement. Close friends tell me that their investments are shot & they worry about their future ability to retire with dignity. That's pretty serious stuff.
I live in Louisiana and am intimately connected to the oil and gas industry.... we got 1/3 of America's port traffic too....25% of America's oil and gas comes from the neighboring gulf of mexico and there are a lot of petrochemicals too.... so we dont see it as bad as say Ohio, Michigan, or Kentucky.
I cant believe anything george4title says. He pushes a known pump & dump stock operator and conveniently gets these mysterious phone calls which he bases predictions on, which usually turn out wrong.
A theory would be that all the new Treasuries being issued are being turned into gold in anticipation of a USD collapse. A possibility. But don't read too much into it until it is documented elsewhere... I'll keep watch for confirmation!
lets hope fort knox is not putting some new shelving in ready to confiscate all privately held us gold bullion as roosevelt did in 1933 and then silver bullion in 1934.How did he manage that ?
well the alternative was a $10 000 fine or 10 years in prison or both. Some meagre compensation was offered but the present us situation looks far worse than 1933. Maybe the amero would be offered in exchange for gold but at what rate?
i read Niall Ferguson's article.this is my conclusion;
Niall Ferguson is a front-man for the Rothschild cartel -- as officially sanctioned biographer he served as a moutpiece for the economic elite. Don't just celebrate that fact that his logical commentary seems prescient; in the final analysis, he too is spewing propaganda.

Mike, thanks for another excellent video. You have quickly risen to the top of Tubers I anxiously await reports from. All the more annoying that YouTube seems to be delaying the release of them since you joined the team. Will this always be so? Or is this a probationary period?
bunkermunk 2 years ago
The problem is thus - in order to give everyone 'a good experience', they will first re-encode my video for lo-res; then re-encode for high quality; then re-encode for all the mobile phone formats... and then distribute the video to all the 'server farms' around the world.
When that is complete, THEN they will check to see if I have used copywrite material.
Once that is complete (usually 4-8 hours, depending on how many other partners release videos), THEN they will 'officially release' it.

I was looking at an article about the derivitives. Over 600trillion worth floating around. With and estimated 14trillion worth that can go sour. I might check out your article. Was a 1/3 of the way thru the russian one before i went to bed last night.
Well thanks for another vid

I have been saying for ages that the goal posts will move.
The amount of bail out was £500billion, then it was £1Trill, now its £1.3 Trill, and if its still got to go through the "corruption" factor, i reckon its going up to about £4Trill (max 8).
Thats based on the building of wembley stadium !

Mike,
Cheers for the GATA PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS article.
Kind of confirmed what we had thought all along on the goldismoney forum.
ElScampio1978 2 years ago
Yep, they been 'playing' in the market to supress it. Hopefully with the news they are moving gold BACK to the reserves this will stop and gold can do it's thing!

So then just maybe Saddam did have Weapons of Mass Destruction ,targeted at the economy after all .

I happened upon the depressant drug for the annoyingly cheerful a few days ago and thought it hilarious.
On a more serious note. What will be the effect on the price of gold if a new currency (Ammero?) is introduced?
CelticReject 2 years ago
They will likely inflate the value to cover the massive debt they have created.
Remember where you heard it first ;-)
Peace

I'll spare you my personal details . . .
Good video, as usual.

Unfortunately, we are still at the tip of the iceberg -- it's all the stuff underneath the water that scares the heck out of me.
wellingtonsc75 2 years ago
Yep. Like I said in my earlier video, different places will have different reactions. Parts of California are crumbling, and Michigan is a complete mess but others will thrive (as well as they did before) - but when the markets shift it will start to affect people in unexpected ways.
Peace
FeverIAm 2 years ago
Yea. I thought about your recent vid. At some point, it will impact all of us to a degree -- some worse than others.
wellingtonsc75 2 years ago
wellingtonsc75: I've been thinking along those lines, too.
FriedDaisy 2 years ago
wellingtonsc75: actually I take back my "that's about it" statement.

I love your "dont panic" series........ should we do the opposite ???
thirstybullet 2 years ago 2
Mr. Mike-
If you have time, can you do either in vid or in comments, exactly what the implications could be of the whole fort knox gold thing?
I saw the vid george did today. It sounded kinda urgent. But I dont understand the implications of them stocking more gold there.
I just need someone to explain it in real simple terms so my pea brain can understand it. :o)
Thanks!
scutter4christ 2 years ago
A theory would be that all the new Treasuries being issued are being turned into gold in anticipation of a USD collapse. A possibility. But don't read too much into it until it is documented elsewhere... I'll keep watch for confirmation!
FeverIAm 2 years ago
re george4title
lets hope fort knox is not putting some new shelving in ready to confiscate all privately held us gold bullion as roosevelt did in 1933 and then silver bullion in 1934.How did he manage that ?
well the alternative was a $10 000 fine or 10 years in prison or both. Some meagre compensation was offered but the present us situation looks far worse than 1933. Maybe the amero would be offered in exchange for gold but at what rate?

i read Niall Ferguson's article.this is my conclusion;
Niall Ferguson is a front-man for the Rothschild cartel -- as officially sanctioned biographer he served as a moutpiece for the economic elite. Don't just celebrate that fact that his logical commentary seems prescient; in the final analysis, he too is spewing propaganda.
