You know, It shouldn't be that hard. Bowser speaks a little english in the Japanesse version already!

(In the Japanese version, Bowser says "show time" in english everytime he enters a battle. I wonder why the Japanese game designers did that....)

yeah, I did see that! I can read Japanese and I was at the game's Japanese website and it did show bowser on one page say "itsu sho taimu" which directly translates to "it's show time!"
