  • I threw up all over the T.V. when they where on PBS. GOD THEY SUCK ASS!!!

  • All the effort to have come this far! These five glorious musicians deserve nothing but admiration for their talent and hard work. The notoriety brought about by their courageous decision to come forward should be minimized. Every comment about the father is like a scarlet letter for the girls. Let them put it in the past. Focus on their MUSIC which is breathtaking!

  • May God Bless you all and help you to put this unfortunate matter in the past. We saw you at the Lyric Theatre and you were all fantastic. May I make a suggestion? Perhaps you can put a little humor and use your personalities into your performance. You all have a wonderful way of relating to each other and certainly we would like to see it in the audience. We love you! Keep it up!

  • They came to my school today and performed!! They were so amazing:D. everyone thought that they were only like 20. we were sooo surprised when we found out they were older! i wish i will b as good s them someday on piano:D

  • The kids are great pianists! Cool concept!

And as for the truly awful things that has happened to them in their life,

Evil comes in all shapes, colors, religions, families, isolated, non-isolated, schools, churches, hospitals, I could go on & on!!! One of the problems is the evil they do catch get a few years, the victims get mandatory life. And when the evil is released they have an over 80% chance of doing it again! Not good odds!

There are more victims than there are guilty!!!

  • Further proof Mormonism is a place for lost souls. Instead of throwing Dad in jail forever, why did'nt they look to thier Prophet/God Joseph Smith who also was child abuser, crook and a closet boozer? The church never offered help to the kids or Dad..........

  • @sfaster did you really say this? you must have the brain of a peanut

  • You know I always got a creepy vibe from the dad when I first saw him, wonder why?

  • no boundries, hmm.........wonder if the dad named that one

  • Ten Steinway grand pianos in their house, wow. They don't look big on a stage but in a house you can see how big they are, imagine ten around the house lol.

  • This is not really a reflection on Mormonism - this is more of a slam on what happens when kids are isolated from the larger public.

Whether it is Oprah's school in SA, the Catholic orphanage system, or homeschooling - kids are at risk when isolated.

  • @Thandi123 So we should send them to public schools, where they are so safe? LOL

  • Yuck! Seeing the dad speak is really strange.

Congratulations to these young ladies for speaking up.

  • I don't know of any organized religion that condones this kind of behavior, unless it's some kind of bizarre break-off group that is as out of touch with society as this individual is, and just as illegal! Anyone who seriously tries to make the religious connection is just a fool without a clue!

  • Mormom father violating his little girl's? Note: Utah has highest per capita porn subscriptions in North America. They are all hypocrites and liars.

  • I find it interesting that so many of the comments today have gone out of their way to try and make this an issue of religion? Get a clue people! This is about a sick and twisted individual who violated his own children, and possibly others... He could just have easily been a Catholic, a Jew, a Muslim or a Buddhist, etc... The point is that he's nothing more than a freak pervert, and his religion played no part in his stupid personal decision making.

  • @dreamagicpro

That is true, he could just have easily been Catholic, Muslin, Buddhist or whatever but I think it's difficult to ignore the clear incongruity in the fact that way too often people that throw themselves so heavily into religion or so openly present themselves as virtuous eventually are exposed as hypocrites. We also see this way too often with politicians. That much is difficult to deny.

  • @Jadey52807

Again, this has absolutely nothing to do with religion! This is about a sick pervert who defiled his own family. What part of this scenario do you still not not get? I'm truly amazed at how quickly people look for another demon to help explain away the actions of the true culprit... There is only one culprit here, and it's not the religion!

  • @BaurakAle7 i just read that...IS that the father @ 6:02 ? ....i guess he wanted to "taste" the goods before anyone else, and to anally ream out your daughters....chances are he was doing more than that, hell...he probably did everything......that's REALLY messed-up

  • These 3 young ladies were victims of an abusive father. I feel sorry for them. I hope he spends his years in jail remembering the ugliness he brought into their lives.

  • Turns out the Mormon Dad was molesting the girls.

    Typical religious cult behavior.

  • It's odd how people seem to be incapable of appreciating the music and only fixating on the fact that they are Mormons. Who cares? I also find it strange how Mormons are always singled out. Would all of these comments revolve around religion if they were Catholic, Jewish, Buddhist??? I doubt it.

  • @terramar111

Considering that a lot of people are calling for the Pope to stand trial for child abuse - I don't.

  • this must be how it must feel to have a happy family lol

  • I got to see them perform this past thursday.....they are wonderful. One of the girls are pregnant now.

  • im not mormon but they seem like the nicest people from afar

  • Jeez, calm down all the fuss. Yes they are Mormons, and him asking was plain curiosity so will everyone stop making such a big deal? For goodness sake. Besides which, it doesn't really matter. I saw them in person at a concert, they were absolutely amazing. Did you know that they have 5 pianos in their house? One for each. Or that they love old movies, and started playing piano all around age 3? Absolutely incredible.

  • As s Dutch songwriter i am wondering why i am writing songs.

    This is ............No words.

    Beautifull hbeffect.nl

  • Are they mormons?

  • @XSDarkMoonZX Who cares? They are gifted .

May YOUR God go with you!!

  • @MultiGeraghty: You obviously care enough to respond. Idiot.

  • @XSDarkMoonZX Get a life moron!! Religion is a matter of choice!

  • @MultiGeraghty: Wow...another imbicile. I AM religious. How old are you? 5? It was a simple question. Go cry.

  • @XSDarkMoonZX Firstly I can spell the word imbecile, suggesting that I am more than 5!! Iam in fact a 60 year old Irish Catholic, (tolerant of anybody's beliefs) and I wonder if you have a prejudice against Mormons?

So build a bridge and get over it!

  • @MultiGeraghty: Well for a 60 year old man you're obviously not very intelligent. I asked if they were mormons. I didn't insult their religion. Big difference old man. Get a life.

  • @XSDarkMoonZX Actually I am very intelligent!I can recognise an ass**le without even seeing him!! I did not suggest that you insulted the Mormon religion, only that your original question MIGHT have been interpreted as being somewhat intolerant. Sorry if I offended you. Let's be nice to each other?? Do you have a real name? Mine is Kyran.

  • @MultiGeraghty: Oh, so you were offened because me asking, "Are they mormons?" didn't sound right in YOUR head when reading it online.

  • I agree with you, bburnsga. Those comments are so petty and so clearly motivated by jealousy.

  • who was your first piano teacher?stephanie owen Ph.D piano

  • that is ridiculously intense.

  • they look so weird. its their noses....

  • Comment removed

  • for me, i seriously think it's their eyes O_O

  • Y'know, there's merit in the addage that if you can't say something good, don't say anything at all. How small, to make fun of the way people look. I'm guessing you also make fun of disabled people...sad.

  • They're incredibly talented, and this is all you can say??? Hmmmm...jealousy, I'd say.

  • I went to church with them. Desiree was at my baptism when I was 8

  • if you want to see an amazing family of pianists, don't miss any chance to see the Paratore Brothers in concert. The best duo on the planet.
