completely agree, no one would give a toss about the spit hurries and lancs if they hadnt been involved in WW2 , there infamous due to that it could happen with any aircraft
I just noticed some of these planes from my house. At first I thought it was just an aircraft re-fueling and I didn't know why it was so low. I felt a bit silly when I realised it was a flypast, but it turns out there actually WAS a re-fuelling aircraft :D
Good video. Have to say the Typhoons, technologically advanced as they are, to me don't compare to the Lancaster, Spits and Hurricanes at the beginning of the video.

Gods, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lancasters. They were SO well built. Teeny-weeny, harder-to-get-into-than-a-yellow-dot-bikini cockpits, though!!
