If apple will Put faster CPU in MacBook air it doesnt mean that they will decrease speed for graphics, it either will stay the same or gets better. As u know technology gets better every day and I'm sure they will be able to make smaller GPU and CPU much smaller and faster...

@489035002 I take it you mean Macbook Pro, not air, but in this case, it most likely means that we will get worse GPU. Let me explain. Intels wants Apple to use their integrated GPU, which takes room. Intels GPU is slightly worse than the current 320M and if Apple wants new CPUs, they are going to either drop optical drive and use that space for discrete GPU or just use Intels GPU. As much as I want them to drop ODD for better GPU, Apple most likely wont do that, so we're stuck with intels GPU.

Beginner here. Im trying to catch up with new technology. I have a Canon HF11, SDHC, AVCHD, MTS files. These sound familiar to you?

I did some recording from my Canon HF11 to SDHC then transfer them into a DVD-R disc. Which plays on my blueray player fine.

Brought this dvd-r disc to apple store but non of the apple product laptop nor desktop recognize the DVD-R i burned or even the SDHC from my HF11.

@JOKHR they haven't updated yet, but I definitely recommend holding off until the are updated if you can. The prices usually stay the same so you'll get more bang for your buck. there could also be some significant design changes that you'd wish you'd waited for. Also when the new ones come out, the older ones will be a little cheaper...but totally up to you and your needs.

I'm pretty sure that Apple is waiting for Sandy Bridge. From the wikipedia you could see that there're several varieties of it. However, I don't see anything listed there as Core i3, so those 13'' might get the current architecture. But for the 15'' and 17'' I'd say
