  • anybody notice chuck norris 0.30

  • I'm a hardcore Ron Paul supporter, but this answer is very good. Huckabee is an honest person

  • wow.... so much honesty and integrity or at least seemingly honesty and integrity from a politician...it's incr5edible... the world must be coming to and end....

  • 9/11 was an inside job ... Proof ... youtube.com/watch?v=ssuAMNas1us

  • No one should support the republican party.

  • thats what i liked about Huckabee i mean im bi and transgendered (pro gay marraige) but i want a president who understands how to run a country

  • How would he know how to run the country? He has no federal political experience

  • "Convictions"? Did he mean to say "opinions"?

  • I think the "conviction" he is talking about is one that is more a matter of conscience and with Mr. Hukabee being a Christian it really shouldn't be a surprise that he has an inner sense of the said things being wrong. Does this maybe make more sense?

  • @AleelaM What I like most of all is his Ned Flanders routine, the Golly-gee-willikers fake sincerity. It's fantastic!

  • Mike Huckabee goes to the Bijou in Chicago, LOL!!!!!.

  • dirkhunter, you are right that Mitt sets goals and tries to accomplish them. Research into his records and CFG proved his backers paid CFG 550,000 to smear and distory Gov. Huckabee's record because Mitt KNEW he could NEVER beat Gov. Huckabee on his own merit. Gov. Huckabee is a man who clearly know himself and can articulate flawlessly because he doesn't have to search around and try to think what might win him a vote. He IS who he IS and he knows how to tell you WHY he believes that way.

  • CHUCK!!!

  • I saw Chuck Norris on this video too! Not that I really think it is exciting.

  • You know who else had convictions, stuck with them, and explained them? Hitler.

  • And so did Churchill, your point?

  • I posted this a month ago. I really don't remember what I was talking about.

  • bullshit you just put yourself in a corner of stupidity

  • Well, aren't you cool?

  • "Would you allow support from log-cabin Republicans - a group of gay Republicans?"

He had to make sure the audience understood.

But Huckabee repeated over and over again that he was "a tenth amendment guy". Yet for a ban on same sex marriage. Typical politicians.

  • I'm completley democratic all the way to the grave, but huckabee answered that question amazingly If every candidate answered their questions like that, I wouldn't know who to vote for.

  • Mitts record speaks for itself, he is a doer and when he sets goals he accomplishes them. He'll help get rid of the death tax, foreign oil dependance, higher taxes and help improve our healthcare, security, illegial immigration and foreign trade. He's a doer folks and smart! Isn't he what we need? Go Mitt!

  • WATCH CFR/NAU

  • The man who asked that question is an on the record Obama supporter

  • I respect his answer, but I eagerly await the day when our party changes its stance toward LGBT rights.

  • CHUCK NORRIS!!!

  • Mike Huckabee is an ideal example of the way

a politician should be toward their beliefs.

Don't play people, don't pretend to agree with

them just to get their vote, JUST BE HONEST.

Tell it like you believe it or see it and don't compromise, people respect that.

  • I agree on that, too bad I don't agree with his beliefs.

  • Go Mike!

  • A very diplomatic answer.

  • come on huc you have convition yau right as if hey I'm a gay person and I alway's thought for the longest time that a gay repblican was well a axemoron really untile i started lisening to what ron paul said about the constution and the bill of rights which finally hite me like a thoun of bricks. I now see why a conservitive supporter would like small goverment because the power is to the people of the state not dictaited down from congress on high.

  • What a great preacher! But A HORRIBLE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE!!! The problem with his convictions is that they wont follow the constitution, and he wont listen to anybody who doubts him, just like Bush.

  • THE EVIDENCE IS OUT THERE!

The 669 commutations or pardons Huckabee handed out from 1996-2004 were more than Clinton and the state's two previous governors granted in an 18-year period.

GOOGLE or Go to arkansasleader dot com and search for

"Why parole a monster like Green?"

    "Huckabee's dubious achievement"

    "Arkansas clemencies outpace other states"

"Let us not whitewash governor's Clemencies"

"Prosecutors seek more openness on pardons"

    "Former cop rips pardon"

  • Latest on the good preacher:

So what kind of values does Mike Huckabee teach his kids? His son was thrown out of Boy Scout camp, as a camp counselor, in 1998 for catching a stray dog, hanging it, slitting it's throat and then throwing rocks at it. Real nice.

  • Arab-Muslims are not as dangerous as the US corporate-media establishment portrays them to be. The "War on Terror" is a neofascist campaign for O.I.L.L.

    Oil

    Israel

    Lobbyists (Military-Industrialists, "War Corporatism")

    Logistics (14 Permanent Military Installations)

    Huckabee is just a puppet.

Turn off the news and Read.

  • You say that until a briefcase bomb goes off in your backyard. Idiot.

  • How gullible, paranoid, and stupid do you have to be to think that somebody from the Middle East is actually going to set off a bomb in your backyard. You are an idiot.

The US needs an enemy to justify its absurd military expenditures, The "War on Terror" built upon the myth that we're in grave danger. Bin Laden is a CIA asset, he has been for nearly 30 years. The world knows the US govt. is using fear and manipulation as tactics against the American public. Wake up you moron.

  • agreed, people just can't wake up and see the big picture.. but there's always hope

  • Mike Huckiller!

Releasing a rapist and killer sentenced to life in prison to rape and kill again, raising taxes, giving illegal immigrants taxpayer money for services they should not get and being weak on border security, makes this guy a loser for president!

  • I disagree with Huckabee on the same-sex marriage issue, because legal benefits offered by marriage should not be denied because of someone's sexual orientation, but he did answer the question well. i mean, come on- who's really getting hurt if there is same sex marriage? but huckabee definitely shined in some parts of this debate.

  • I don't think any of them "shined", I wished that Thompson had a better showing though...I think he'd make a great head-of-state, but for some reason he is struggling. I am really undecided at this point, I know I don't like either of the dems main choices, but the reps have left me totally in the dark.

  • CNN Nov. 28th debate results: Question 1: Who do you think won the debate? 1. Ron Paul 51% 17387 votes 2. Mike Huckabee 22% 7403 votes 3. John McCain 10% 3431 votes 4. Mitt Romney 9% 2893 votes 5. Rudy Giuliani 5% 1680 votes 6. Fred Thompson 2% 706 votes 7. Duncan Hunter 1% 198 votes 8. Tom Tancredo 1% 173 votes Total: 33,871 votes
  • Tea bags with false teeth.

  • gov. huckabee did not respond to the question. chuck norris telepathically informed him of what to say. shortly afterwards, he roundhouse kicked all log cabin republicans simultaneously and made them all straight, thus negating the premise of the question.

  • gay marriage has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with the IRS.if your married you can claim shared expenses. If the goverment would rather they jump over a broom fine.but give the freaking tax credit.

  • actually its more than just a tax credit...its the right to make medical decisions for your loved one...its the right to start a family...its the protection of shared property/assets...its the right to feel the same security as any hetreosexual married couple. I would rather have gay marriage than domestic partner laws.

  • Why would you rather have gay marriage than domestic partner laws? Explain that one.

So you feel that its a right that the church or state must redefine the basis of marriage because less than 3% of the population says so?

    Wow.

  • C'mon, put yourself in THEIR shoes a second; how would you like to have your wife (I'm assuming your a guy like your name says) get in a car accident and need an operation to save her life...but YOU can't sign the paperwork because you are not recognized as having that right. This was the exact situation that brought up domestic partner laws...but the wording opens it also to hetrosexual people just living together.

  • Okay how about your kids...your kid gets lost and is found by the police. But since you are not the biological parent, nor are you recognized by the state as the adoptive parent YOU can't get your child back...they have to contact the other parent instead.

  • Domestic partner laws will not only cover gay couples but also those hetro couples living together...to me this is wrong. If a hetro couple wants the same priviledges/rights as married couples--GET MARRIED. As it stands now, gays do not have any other option...so give them one.

  • then why don't they ask for equal rights in taxes and why do they demand "marridal rights?"

I"m all for equal treatment but personally I beleive it is a mental condition, everyone in my family that is gay/lesbian has been abused as a child. it doesn't benefit human society as a whole if it is biological its an evolutionary dead end.

  • lol a few million humans on a Non Breeding path would do this planet wonders! the human population is already far to insanely hugh

  • we need smarter people having more baby's, instead of lower income familys having like 12.

  • lol its chuck norris!

  • he respects other people's opinions so much he'll support a constitutional amendment against them.

  • "I'll be anybody's president."

  • Another Hallmark card answer from Huckabee....he's got thousands of them. Hey Huck...how much did you pay Chuck Norris to be in the audience? I'm sure he could use the money. I don't foresee any new Missing in Action flicks coming up soon and he's not selling a lot of Total Gyms anymore.

  • lol, indeed he does.

But Huck is an honest guy with a good heart,

Chuck can see that and I think that's why he wants to support him. And don't think Huck paid him a lot, because he's barely keeping his head above water funds-wise. people just like this guy, period.

  • idiot

  • You can find that Huckabee has Chuck Norris's support on his website

  • "...the log cabin republicans, a group of gay conservatives-"

    *cuts to smiling Chuck Norris*

    LMAO XD

  • wow, I really liked Gov. Huckabee's response.

It takes a strong individual to respect opposing beliefs.

  • "ill be anybodys president"

  • Mike Huckabee is an ideal example of the way

a politician should be toward their beliefs.

Don't play people, don't pretend to agree with

them just to get their vote, JUST BE HONEST.

Tell it like you believe it or see it and don't compromise, people respect that.

  • Tax Hike Mike Huckabee thinks your tax dollars are a collection plate for illegal aliens

  • AHH! CHUCK NORRIS!

  • chuck norris! and gay marriage isnt a presidential issue. let it be legal, it dosint affect anybody. dont pull that whole "marriage will be less meaningfull" crap on me, because 50% of marriages end in divorce. marriage became less meaningfull when divorce became legal, so why dont you worry about that since we are talking about stupid crap that dosint affect you.

  • What your saying may be politically correct.

All I ask you is to consider this, if it were

legal and you had a family and a son or maybe

a daughter who had same sex relationships, would you feel the same way?

My point is just that (and I'm not directing

this at you, by the way) people usually tend

to quickly okay things, until it effects them.

And for anybody else who may read this, all

I'm asking is for you to consider that.

  • i would always feel the same way. i do have freinds who are gay, i dont care. why would i care? its not like they are blowing each other on my front lawn, at the risk of sounding crude.

  • i would have to say that his answer was very good. he had a very strong point to it.

  • Homosexuals have to vote Democrat if they want equality or fair chance to be heard at all.

  • obama can speak very well.. and he speaks the truth. i hope he wins even though he may not have as much experience

  • Huckabee! :D Or Ron Paul! :D

  • wow doesn't get more polar opposite than that LOL!

  • Huckabee = Bob Dole. He cannot take the White House.

  • I dunno. He and Paul seem like the best speakers here to me. I'm rooting for any of the two of them (they support almost the same stuffs, difference is the marijuana thing, Paul is for it and Huckabee is anti) and like I said, they're the best speakers. Most realistic to me.

  • Ron Paul is kinda a bit too wishy washy don't you think?

  • Ron Paul is a nutjob. He is not even in reality. Huckabee is a good guy but he is weak. He cannot beat Hillary. He would go down just like Bob Dole. Huckabee would be a poor commander in chief and would not have a real solution to repairing Iraq. Mitt Romney on the other hand, has a record of repairing situations that have been poorly managed. He is a strong leader and has the mentality to repair this country and get the job finished in Iraq.

  • Chuck Norris doesn't listen to republicans...Chuck Norris lets them talk!

  • Lol!

  • wooaahhhh- did..did that..did a Republican candidate just answer a question? I gotta see that again...and have champagne on his behalf.

  • Isn't Chuck Norris the president of the log cabin republicans?

  • Chuck Norris is an active republican. and a bad ass at that

  • give a fuck?

  • Hold up... was that Chuck Norris in the audience?

  • Would he be NAMBLA's president?

  • i support log cabin lite syrup on my pancakes!@!!!!!

  • lol is that chuck norris?!?!

  • did the republicans plant chuck norris in the audience so we would vote for them?

  • huckabee is doin it...

  • huckabee is the winner of this entire discussion. he made the big points. romney and guliani just tried to perform each other out huckabee stole the show

  • I'm thinking I might be for Huckabee...

  • Huck is genuinely a good man. Note: America is a Republic not a Democracy. The founders hated Democracy. Also his tax plan to cut the IRS and ratify a fair tax or flat tax is WRONG. Isn't that just replacing a tax with another? Your labor is YOUR property according to the Constitution and not subject to a Federal Tax.

We ought not be the Serfs of the Federal Reserve. Didn't Europeans seeking liberty flee from crippling debt?

  • Well, I can't vote.

I don't want to get into a Political comment fight. So, I'm just gonna back.

  • It is replacing one tax with another, but there is some merit to taxing how much you SPEND vs. how much you EARN. Conventional wisdom says that taxing spending would be prohibative to growth, but in reality nothing can stop the rich from spending on themselves. It's proven, the more you make, the more you spend.

It taxes the rich in a way that is more fair than the system we have now.

  • "Didn't Europeans seeking liberty flee from crippling debt?"

    No.

  • Well, they were sort of European. They were the 13 colonies of the United States. Oh, and don't refute history before you check it, numbdick.

  • Man i hope that smooth talkin', high taxin',takin' up the @ss from Chuck Norris, immigrant lovin, Huckabee does not get the nomination.

The man sure can sweet talk tho...

  • oh shit

    CHUCK FUCKING NORRIS

  • If a party opposes your way of life, you should look elsewhere. Please view searchword wilburjr-thanks.

  • Same sex marriage killed the dinosaurs in Canada...

  • Did this debate seem like anyone else to be the McRomneyliani debate?

Anyways, all of the candidates who responded had very offensive "answers" that didn't even directly answer the General's question, which was "Why do you think our military is not professional enough to handle gays?" Instead, they all spewed BS about "unit cohesion" and indirectly about the morale of the U.S. troops in then eyes of other countries..

  • Uh yeah.. The general was planted. He is on the Gay bi and transgenders for Hillary steering committee. Google him. What are they supposed to say? Just because they don't say we should have a 100% gay country just pisses you off huh?

  • He is as much an American as anyone else, he had a right to ask the question. Unless there are some rules against non-Republicans asking Q's at this stage.

  • Agreed, his point was that it's patronizing and insulting to our military to assume that they are mostly bigoted, and therefore, we need to support their bigotry for group cohesion.

Preposterous, and insulting to the troops.

  • so when he says "respect for people who have diffrent ones" does that mean banning gay marriage. is that not disrespect for american who pay taxes in this country too? Are gays less americans than straight people?

  • All talk no action. Once they get into office they forget about the working American people. As long as they can feed that big belly and line there pocket with tax payer dollar they are in hog heaven. Example a young AMERICAN 23years old can't afford medical care, but illegal alien come over to this country with and have a bunch of babies and get it for FREE off of our Tax dollars and have the nerve to hate our country. Also our veterans some of our veteran are homeless and can't get help.

  • Huckabee: I need the support from anybody and everybody that i can get... ***CUT SCENE TO Chuck Norris ******* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • LOL I KNOW! I laughed so hard at that hahah!!

  • They're trying to present Huckabee as an alternative to Ron Paul as a sort of folksy outside the beltway candidate. Sorry but Huckabee is every bit as much of a bitch to Israel and corporate interest as the others and is a religious nut as well. Ron Paul's still the man! RON PAUL 2008!!!

  • Bitch to Israel? Israel is America's only true friend in the Middle East and would come to America's aid any day of the week. Dont diss Huckabee if he recognizes a good friend with good values. You're sounding a little bit like a paranoid conspiracy theorist...

  • This "friend" is using America to fight its wars and brainwashing Americans to believe they're fighting for their own security when nothing could be further from the truth. And this "friend" has never done a damn thing for this country other than to take over the media to manipulate the American mind to carry out the Zionist agenda.

  • Without a doubt, a much better alternative to Ron Paul or McCain (who both always seem like they are a few steps away from blowing a gasket), but also a better alternative to Romney, Thompson (0 substance), and the 2 bookends.

  • is it me or did anyone else see chuck norris?

  • Yeah that was awesome, I am looking extra hard for Jack Bauer from here on out,

  • These pricks will take our money yet still believe that they somehow OWN us as pets.. Another reason to get the fascists (er, I mean.. republicans ) out of power

  • WOW! He looks just like Nixon! :O

  • CHUCK NORRIS FOR PRESIDENT!

  • Yes I'm TAX HIKE MIKE, I'll preach that you're going to hell but, I'll take your money

  • I think mccain is kinda a badass. kinda like a gun slinger.

  • I love Huckabee.

  • He seems honest, the only republican canidate besides Ron Paul.

  • RON PAUL IS MY PRESIDENT!

  • Who is your governor? You need to know because your president is going to pass on all of the decisions to your governor

  • huckabee won the debate, and rudy bombed big time

  • if TAX HIKE MIKE wins, we all lose, go FRED

  • Huckabee is smoooth. He by far comes off the sharpest in these debates. Never waffles, never blubbers, sticks to his convictions without apology, and articulates. I

  • CHUCK NORRIS 4 PRESIDENT!!

  • haha

  • The real question should be "Are you wanting support from people who know 9/11 was an inside job?" Gay, straight, or people who swing both ways want a real investigation.

  • Right, the ones who never got the two ton neon-light flashing memo that every conspiracy theory regarding 9/11 has been squashed, shat on, and used for fertilizer?

  • Usually by nothing other than statements saying something to the effect of "Oh, we don't have time to deal with conspiracy theories", I might add. Backbreaking argument, too.

  • He's right that he'd be anybody's president- I was thinking about sticking my gay heiney up in the air at him at the We Ain't Gays Parade they got goin' over there in What The Fuck Planet are you Dumb Redneck Motherfuckers Revolving Around Land and, little martini glass flag quivering with expectation in my lauditory anus, await the commands of my very own commander in CHEIF! HOO BAby!

  • The hell is Chuck Norris doing there. XD

    *almost choked while eating*

  • too bad Chuck supports Huck. He seems more like a Ron Paul kind of guy. Huckles the Clow probably payed him.

  • I agree.

  • Huckabee is by far the best candidate in this race. He doesn't change his views to get votes like others in the opposite party...

  • Ron Paul is the most concrete of all candidates.

  • Why is that? Could you explain?

  • Check out the chuck norris and huckabee add on youtube....funny as hell!

  • If you all didn't know Chuck Norris did a really funny add with Mike Huckabee...thats why cnn cut to him! The adds on youtube...check it out!

  • Of course these creeps will take a gay vote. They have no values. They would sell out their own family members for power. But I must ask, why would a gay want to vote for a bunch of bigot candidates?

  • "...bigot candidates?"

That's too much of a general statement. You couldn't say that about all the Republican candidates.

  • Huckabee for president!!!

  • Ron Paul is more bad ass than Norris. Paul doesn't have to use his hands to deliver a baby, he just reads them the bill of rights and they come crawling out for freedom.

  • CHUCK NORRIS!!!

  • Chuck knows best, man! :))

  • lmao chuck noris how random is he being there. and did he have to check his fists at the door

  • Eyy, what other candidate is Chuck Norris APROVED ? Huckabee got my vote now

  • I think Mike was just explaining what kind of person Ron Paul is!!

  • Chuck Norris!

Even though I do not agree with him, the question was well answered by Huckabee.

  • good anwser

  • the log cabin republicans are idiots. why do I say that? just watch the blatant homophobia and borderline hostility from the previous question.

how could any gay person want to be associated with this replubican party?

  • oh, come on. you are just a few who love gay

  • weeDanK, you can submit a question to the candidates for the next debate if you want.

  • - i do not care who vote for me,

    - as long as i get elected and do what i wanted to do... regardless of what people think* - reminds me of Dubya...

    *sounds too "Self-Serving" aint it?!

  • Why can't we get more candidate's answers? Another strike at Huckabee for me, social agenda should not be anyone else's business--and Huckabee's answer clearly is that "Social Agenda" is more important to him than real issues.

  • huckabee's a dumbass. doesn't believe in evolution

  • He answered the question well, but he's still just playing politics... which means he's lying.

Ron Paul has loads more conviction than Huckabee. Live and let live.

  • "He answered the question well, but he's still just playing politics... which means he's lying."

Really. How do you know that? Can you read minds?

  • straight,intelligent, and to the point...go huckabee!!! :)

  • whoops. that came awfully wrong. I meant "straight" in regards to his answer, not the sexual orientation :P

  • huckabee != convictions

  • what huckabee forgot to mention is that his site says this:

The late Cardinal O'Connor decried a domestic partnership law (which provided that all couples who signed up, whether heterosexual or homosexual, would be treated the same as married couples) as legislating that "marriage doesn't matter." I agree with the Cardinal that marriage does matter, I would add that nothing in our society matters more.

  • Because EVERYONE knows that our constitution specifically says all STRAIGHT men ( NO WOMEN) are created equal, right?

  • I wonder why they panned to Chuck Norris during the gay support question...

  • hahahaha, i wonder the same thing.

  • Because the question was posed to Huckabee, and the only reason Norris is there is because he's a huge Huckabee supporter.

  • Huckabee is another, mr. nice guy, bible thumping Governor....note he said he puts his princples before politics. Sorry sir, the/any bible does NOT trump our Constitution....so let's get on with it!

  • this is crap

ron paul got 3 questions and they were all bias

  • Where is Ron Paul in this debate???
