  • Seriously i buy it, Jeremy Roenick who played in the madhouse on madison, and the united center and all the other arenas. He said by far RBC center is the loudest arena in the NHL. I remember watching the edmonton carolina series on tv. They couldnt keep the cameras still. Its not that big, the sound does funny things off smaller arenas walls and ceiling

  • Joe Louis is not loud at all...Its lame actually, they dont even have a real goal horn its a recorded sound. 1. The old chicago stadium 2. RBC center. Numerous players have stated that RBC center is the loudest now. The madhouse on madison was the loudest back in the day. Montreal is pretty loud. Ive heard Rexall place in Edmonton is pretty loud for the playoffs. Personally besides chicago the loudest game ive been at. Game 7 East quarterfinals Rangers v.s. Caps Verizon Center underrated

  • NOTHING on the bell centre... NOTHING

  • joe louis arena in detroit, the loudest..

  • Yo Carolina, I'm really happy for ya, and imma let you finish, but the old Chicago Stadium is the loudest stadium of all time. I'm just sayin.

  • U r not even close the madhouse or the old Chicago stadium was the loudest now the successor united center is the loudest

  • @ThePlatinumEagle yea fkn United Center so damn loud go hawks

  • @bauerbeast71 haha i love it there LETS GO HAWKS!

  • Shark Tank is the loudest... Sorry to disappoint.

  • lmao carrolina the loudest crowd in nhl...yeah right

  • Montreal was and always will be the best and loudest arena in the league, Pre season, regular season, playoffs , winning or losing, always the best atmosphere. Every bulding can get loud at some point, but the most consistent belong to the home of the Habs - Bar None

  • Winnipegs the loudest now bro!

  • @JERademo Spare the lies. Montreal either they win or lose.

  • I feel like, it's not really that loud. It might be, but doesn't really seem like it, plus I can hear people talking in the background at one part..

  • A very underrated building in the NHL. Same goes for the Shark Tank and Bridgestone! 3 very loud buildings!

  • SECOND loudest next to the MADHOUSE

  • actually it has been officially proven that this is the loudest NHL arena. ( see 2006 stanley cup finals)

  • Umm canuck games are louder than this during the REGULAR season lol, carolina and hockey haha good comedy.

  • @00StangGT00 you cant tell how loud a building is from a video moron

  • @davbball30 yes you can idiot, i have videos from games i've been to that were loud as fuck you can't even hear the music going, you can in this video so this isn't loud.

  • @00StangGT00 wow youre an idiot ...it depends what youre recording on and a lot of things but i wouldnt expect a canadian to understand so i wont bother..

  • @davbball30 hahahaha fuck you you american piece of shit, canada owns your ass your country is going in the toilet. and we own you at hockey as well

  • @00StangGT00 Your such a faggot. America > Canada. You don't own us at hockey. You won by one goal in the Olympics. Plus, when's the last time a Canadian team won the Stanely Cup? I only see American teams winning.

  • @Caniac223 actually we do, we beat you last time we played you for gold in 2002 as well. and we have 15 world junior gold medals, you guys only have 6 medals TOTAL in the juniors. as for stanley cups take a look at the rosters on those american teams, the majority of them are canadian players. so as i said we own you at hockey you pussy, our dollar is worth more than yours now too bahahahah.

  • caniacs are beast

  • no yoou know woh the best fans in the world its the canadiens

  • @Demonlord975 They're to drunk to know what's going on.

  • @Caniac223 lol

  • lolololololololololololololollololol i was just there for the home opener against the Capitals and that house was pathetic. they couldnt get a single chant going for more than two seconds. try the bell center in montreal, the verizon center in washington DC, or the United Center in Chicago before you even think about North Carolina lol.

  • WOW you are so wrong your not the loudest. lol

  • loudest house my ass.... I remember the sabres series in 06 it was loud there but only because of all the sabres fans that drove from buffalo

  • @jnhart928 HAHA OMG Im a devils fan but i was visiting Raleigh and saw Game 2 against buffalo and your right! They were almost half taken by sabre fans

  • ohh whooaa so amazing check this out

Outside of the Bell Centre festivities after Montreal eliminates Pittsburgh

or Habs fan cheering during commercial break (MTL vs PIT Game 6)

    or

Capitals @ Canadiens Game 6 4/26/10 (watch and listen to how the fans get more and more excited,)

Canadiens score empty netter, fans explode 4/26/10

1st win of our Montreal Canadien, crowd sing OLE OLE OLE

    Habs fans goin crazy

and they recorded the crowd at the bell centre at 132 deciblas, canes got 130 dec

  • not that loud

  • the loudest is in bell center the ice shakes when they scores

  • hitting 130 decibels during a game is pretty hard to do. canes have officially done it. idk about montreal and chicago but from what i have tried to find they have not but i may be wrong if anyone can show me that they have let me know. and lets all remember that montreal and chicago seat more people than carolina

  • @pantherspwnall not true this year montreal hit 132 decibels

  • Loudest house is Montreal. I'm a Sabres fan. Saying the "Caniacs" have the loudest house is laughable.

  • haha the madhouse on Madison. Give me a break, one bad season and that place will be quiet and empty again like it has been in the past. Just because your team is good now, and you guys actually attend games all of a sudden, don't act like its the toughest place to play. Every year, players polls suggest that Philly is the toughest /loudest building to play in. Also, places like montreal are much louder than Chicago. Give me a break.

  • Compared to Chicago thats quiet as hell

  • U ever been to a german soccer stadium?

  • @todsmaker

Trust me man, it's nothing Compared to hockey fans.

  • U ever been to canada ??

  • ive been to montreal, and holy crap i swear i could of bring earplugs and still get an headache, its awsome

  • montreal and chicago = loudest cuz of size

toronto = loudt cuz.......... well give them credit for following a team that hasnt won in 40 years

calgary, vancouver - good noise for size, canucks fans need to stop being ignorant

edmonton - smallest arena, highest dB

lol just my opinion, i havent experienced every arena but game 6 at rexall during our cup run was just unbelievable

  • The Madhouse on Madison is the LOUDEST house in the NHL. Any other suggestion would be ingnorant and completely incorrect.

  • thats not loud...

  • Maurice said to the press "It sounds loud where you are but behind the bench the floor is shaking with the sound" - is it the loudest house? Who cares ... its loud enough to shake the bench .... thats good enough for this Caniac ....

  • @sipower1965 Game seven of the '06 finals it was recorded as the loudest an indoor arena has ever been. A record that stands to this day :).

  • @NHLfreak87 Its cause we Caniacs are a bunch o loud rednecks lol

  • @MemoPortero Lmao :P.

  • @NHLfreak87 thats because the people who measure the sound have only been to a hurricanes game and not the 29 other arenas

  • @NHLfreak87 because no one else measures sound. A Habs pre season game is as loud as that game 7 was.

  • @acmilan93333 Nope, they've tested during a regular season game in Montréal. It wasn't close to these levels.

  • @NHLfreak87 the shark tank got to 122 decibels

  • @simpsonluva Okay, I'm not sure what the RBC Center got to, but it has to be more anyways :P.

  • @NHLfreak87 any more would be an airplane engine

  • @simpsonluva Okay, then either you're bullshitting, or the 'Canes fans are louder than a fucking airplane.

  • @NHLfreak87 they arent louder, get over it

  • @simpsonluva What the fuck do you mean, get over it? Game seven of the '06 SCF was recorded as the loudest an indoor arena has ever been, and that record still stands today. I'm not even a 'Canes fan. I hate them. You're the one who needs to get over it and stop making shit up. I'm right, so fuck off.

  • @NHLfreak87 link please

  • @simpsonluva Video: watch?v=tVyi9aJXaVI&feature=player_embedded Somewhere between 1:30 and 2:00 it shows the decibel metre inside the RBC Center at 128.

hfboards(dot)com/showthread.php?t=769570&page=3 This is a three page forum post with testimonies from people who were at the arena, one of which was a police officer who was around the decibel meter the entire game. He reports that it peaked at 134.

  • @NHLfreak87 sportsillustrated(dot)cnn(dot)com/vault/article/magazine/MAG1169163/index.htm voted by the nhl players themselves

  • wrong, carolina is the loudest indoor arena in the world buddy, nice try tho.

  • Hell yeah! We were there too!!!!
