Sending a balloon aloft is not a big deal. I think only ground viewers will see the flashing light anyway. Balloons can't get up to 29-35k' where the big jets are. The jet stream will carry it toward over Ind & Ohio and Northeast US pretty quickly.

Watch the news for all kinds of local UFO sightings! Put your contact info on it w/magic-marker so you can find out who finds it when the balloon goes flat & drops.

Sending a balloon aloft is not a big deal. I think only ground viewers will see the flashing light anyway. Balloons can't get up to 29-35k' where the big jets are. The jet stream will carry it toward over Ind & Ohio and Northeast US pretty quickly.

No its a real unidentified flying object near a popular western Mexico City hotel near the US Embassy. It is not on a string.
It is prolly a ion-drive craft with barometric lift gas cells inside. NO STRINGS! It really is flying/spinning. Witnessed by 300 ppl that day. Yes it prolly was slowed down.

In the OTHER video you see the HOTEL in the Federal District today, 2 hotel room interiors where the craft could have been seen CLOSE UP!, ppl gawking from the Bosque de Las Lomas streets, plausible American military/govt. air surveillance ops. in country at the time, and slowed down versions, and stills.

Yes Aaliya11 it is VERY real. Except its not from another planet. Its an old craft developed in NAZI Germany and stored in a warehouse in Nevada for 60 years. The wareouse moved in the 1990's to another secret base. This was another gullibity experiment (i.e. kinda like the fake Discloure Project) in Mexico City August 1997. To see if it was time to 'let the cat out of the bag' yet - so to speak. Evidently it didn't pan out... A civilian got injured...

Well, UFO experts, including some prominent astro- phsyicists say that alien craft operate by anti-gravity devices, not jet propulsion. This distorts (or warps) space and time. Clocks, taken by NASA into space actually slowed down. In other words, aliens don't travel anywhere in a straight line, they warp through time, and wouldn't necessarily need a large craft with tons of supplies like human space explorations do.

U can't "distort/warp" something that only exists in sentient mind. Time is concept not malliable object. True-space is vacuum w/no materials only energy.
The NASA time dilation project u speak of used Cesium atomic clocks in a macro-radiation-near-Earth-orbital environment. Explain how 'slowed time' results weren't neg. impacted by stray rads from solar wind, cosmic rays, etc.

This was in Mexico City in 1997. Mexico City and much of Mexico has had the biggest ongoing UFO-wave in all history, since the solar-eclipse in 1991.

This is one of the Mexico-City UFOs down near the ground, and yes, there were eyewitnesses, most notably a 14-year old girl who was almost directly underneath the object. Electrogravitics. Is it earthly, or UN-Earthly? UN. Military-craft are tested in designated ranges, away from prying-eyes, and to preclude potential-security-problems. They do not routinely test over densly populated areas, for obvious reasons. So we are not alone. THAT is the single most important fact of our time.
