I would like to thank bush for being the gateway that led me to the light that is KORN, seriously, I bought a metal mag one day coz bush was on the cover and there was an article about a new band called korn so I thought i would check them out. and the rest is history, so fucking awesome... so Bush will always hold a special place in my heart for that reason

Bush never sounded better in the studio than on this album. Albini 's mix is killer. The drums especially sound so huge and heavy. You need to put on the headphones, turn down the lights, and listen to this. Saying it rocks is an understatement!

Whatever happended to music and videos like this. Ones that expressed what was going on at the time. I've always loved the concert footage in this video, because it's always reminded me of the concerts I attended. Now, music is all about nothing. The lyrics are fucking lame and instrumentation is so overly produced that nothing stands out. Just listen to the subtle nuances that are present in this song. Pick scrapes, swells, feedback...all of it is genuine. Steve Albini's production was genius.

Has anyone else ever noticed how, after Gavin sings the second "everything looks so much better now" that he says "excuse me" very low? I caught it one day when I was listening to it and I went back and smiled real big. Now every time I listen to the song I turn it up loud to hear him say it and it makes me grin every time. This is one of those bands that I've liked since I was very young. I was born in '86 and when i was like 7 I loved Nirvana and Soul Asylum. I loved Bush when 16 Stone came out. I was eight. And I love them to this day. They'll never get old.
