  • My routine is pretty complex :D Get 9 hours of sleep night before the game. In the morning drink a chocolate milk, and go the game hall hour and a half before everybody. Get ready for the game, lift some weights here and there. Then go to the court and shoot a bunch of 3 pointers from 5 positions. Then I strech (stole a couple of your pre-game streches:) ). When other players get there, I warm up with the team, and I'm ready for the big show! Sorry for the long comment

  • Before a game I spend my time in the toilet doing everything I ever need for a game especially "letting go" the worthless materials staying in my body. Yea I hate em all they do is weighing me down and giving me stomachaches... Do you think it's a good ritual? =))
