when i first step onto the court i make every free throw i shoot. but after playing for a while and running heaps i miss 30 in a row. seriously its so annoying. anything i can do about it?

Its not that he's a bad teacher, its that u don't understand the point of how he's doin it. He's showing how to practice the shot, hence the name. Not how to shoot the shot.

in this video he didnt teach the viewer anything. all he said was if you have confidence in your free throws you can close your eyes and still get it. what if the guy cant shoot the free throw in the first place. he didnt teach any mechanics or instructed to do anything. like i said worst teacher in the game.
