For the people watching this and saying it looks lame... You probably didn't play this when it came out. This was my very first computer game, EVER. I was probably 9 or 10. I had a windows 95 PC. So take that into consideration before you talk about graphics... 16mb video cards were pretty high end at that time, if it was even that high at the time... Anyways, for the time... This game was a god damn blast. Thanks for the upload. Brought back great memories! :D

Holy fuck...I remember playing this eons ago (it's what first got me into hotwheels). I think I still might even have it somewhere. I absolutely sucked, of course, but my brother was like god when he played it. And then he'd make the most insane custom tracks and he was the only one who could ever get through them without crashing. Used to piss me off soooo much....
