  • 50cc??? V8 moped!! sounds good :)

  • Can you please make an update about the engine? Have you finished it? Please show how you finished it if you are done. Awesome work!

  • @Praumax Thanks! Now it's under construction! I have other projects at this time! But in 2012??? Why not? Best regards

  • @dekker1122 Don't really know what you mean about 2012, well. Anyways, would be so fun to see your work, make a video of the project. I will defently watch it :)

  • hand powered

  • Where can I get the plans

  • Are you going to manufacture and sell it ;

  • Art with function!

  • Got this block done on a milling machine. Sweet!

  • and what the fuck are you suposd to do with that xD

  • where you get that?

  • @licaspinetto In rc vehicle, same as an hot rod

  • that would do great on my loundry machine :D

  • Lol 50cc eacH cylinder that 50x8=400cc's total.

  • @daand12 no each cylinder 6.25cm3 !!! 6.25x8= 50cm3

  • @dekker1122 Do u still have that engine?

  • cool when will it start???

  • all i wanna know is.... did you finish it? and if so, how well balanced is it? what's the revs, power, etc, etc?!

  • v8 moped? xd

  • would the crankshaft be the same as a regular engine?? like the position of the pistons ..if so what did u do about the cam is it 1to 1 to make it a two stroke?

  • Very, very nice!

  • Way to go , multi peice crankshaft with ball bearings, very good idea, fully repairable ,with flank drives , nice work

  • How many horsepower? Fit two to a motor scooter, and you will have invented the first 16-cylinder motor scooter.

  • @EgaoNoGenki many more than a civic engine

  • Very nice work - I like the water jacket and the enormous main caps.

  • nice work, are you using piston rings?

  • thumbs up if u searched for boobs.

  • weird firing order isn't it?

  • have you finished building it yet? :) if so can you upload a video? i'd love to see it run :)

  • Did u lathe that block yourself? Or its bought like that?

  • @demonsparkx It's hand made by me...

  • @demonsparkx mill, mill the block. lathe is for round/bar

  • @turtlemann14 Lol i wish i had either,yeah thats what i meant lol

  • What they cant build with a CNC machine !

  • Nice job, I wish I had the patience and know how to build one.

  • i just dont understand your crank ... is not crossplane o single plane...

THat engine will vibrate a lot!

  • cute!

  • nice man keep goin

  • 2 bolt main what a pussy motor lol jk nice motor man

  • so ittl run with glowplugs then?

  • @furmaster212 Yes

  • piece of shit!

  • @teapestanlaspatas are you like.. retarded?

  • it soo cool soo interested can i know what material do u use for ur piston and liner? hope i u build more... more power... god bless

  • @colkoy1 Pistons and liner: 2 different quality of stainless...It's indestructible!!!!

  • wheres the lifters

  • @MrStreck maybe its gonna be an overhead cam motor? in that case it wouldnt need lifters in the engine valley. everything would be in the cylinder head.

  • y el nitro ctm

  • can you show the running mate and attach the cylinder head

  • i want one!

  • Are thoes cooling jackets milled out arround cylinders?

  • Yes! ^^

  • i was thinkin the same thing.

  • Show us the head.

  • where did u buy all the pats from?

  • u use a cnc lathe? or old fashioned hand tools?

  • your kidding right?

  • no. i ment like hand drills and stuff

  • @coombsy16 tell me how hand tools could do this...

  • @50centmnm ... 8 months later you reply? wow... anyways..... you can build shit like that with hand tools, a drill, a jig and a steady hand, but that was done on a cnc mill, probibly a 7 axis,

  • @coombsy16 Idk, Paking pistons and all that out of sollid steel or alum is very hard with hand tools, infact without a lathe atleast your pretty fucked.

  • @50centmnm true,

  • @coombsy16, Do y knw if he sells these complete, Want one for my mustang JR,

    Look it up, there sweet.

  • @50centmnm i have no idea, i know you can buy the nitro v8's at hobby shops, but they are for just running on a stand

  • were about can i get one of these thngs, ive been looking everywere but cant find a single place tht does one, or can yu only get these in the states ??

  • This engine is totally hand made by me!

  • Check out ConleyPrecision. com

  • This would be more expensive than a full size V-8 engine no doubt.

    I assume custom built by a hobbyist/machinist.

  • do the pistons have rings???

  • Yes, 2 rings in Iron Notz70TB

  • so hows the build? its been 3 months now

  • I saw some of the parts on deviantart and i saw a link, amazing work! Im building a V6 nitro powered engine. dont think ill supercharge it though. :P

  • dude, i want that for my moped :D

  • exactly! why the fuck dont they make these for scooters and small motorcycles yet?

  • They're made for what ever you want to put them in.

  • @ineedajoint Cost.

  • @stoichiometric Just this part $900.-

  • @dekker1122 ouuuch, that's pretty expensive. Very cool though. I'm guessing it'll be a 4-cycle engine? I don't see any ports.

  • @stoichiometric Yes see this part in :

floridaame org => gallery => "Work in progress" => alexandre mavilia

    or in my (french) website:

    alexandre-mavilia(dot)com => artistique => galerie => mecanique

  • @dekker1122 how much for the compete engine? Wanti=ng to purchase as your pretty cheap.

  • @dekker1122 not too bad, $900 for a mini chevy block, crankshaft and pistons... especially considering that the steel itself costs a whopping $4 and an experienced machineist on a cnc can have it programed and poppin out 30 parts an hour in no time flat...

  • @ineedajoint Would sound way better than the screaming WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH of a scooter engine!

  • @FUCKEDeanMusic it id sound better in my weed wacker your in like beverly hills hey hows it goin neighbor? o fine. you. neighbor: hear the sound of that hahahahaha. you: ill be right back you come back out wahhhhhh wahhhhhhhh. neighbor: O SHIT ISSS GOH ZILLAH!!!!!! thats what i thought you bitch!!! hahahahahahaXD!!!!!!

  • @ShelbyGT500TT hahahaha youve made my morning!

  • @ineedajoint most people are too dumb to realize that if you have a v8 scooter everyone in the whole freakin world would buy it. preordered.

  • @ineedajoint yeah i want one in my scooter

  • @ineedajoint Because they already have engines for scooters and small motorcycles....

  • @ineedajoint not engough power

  • @seelder4

It would have PLENTY of power. A 50cc 4 stroke scooter can move a person to 30MPH.. This thing is 50cc per cyl. so its 400cc. That is enough to push a 400lb motorcycle to 120MPH easily.

  • @kens97sto171

Lmao you're talking crap right out of your ass.

  • @Acruz9301

About what? First I may be wrong about this engine, I saw another comment that it is 50cc TOTAL. In that case its making about 2-5HP depending on RPM and tuning. If your saying that 400cc is not enough to run 120mph. Then you have no idea what your talking about. A Ninja 250 will run 105-110MPH. I owned a 85 Honda VF500 Interceptor, it was making 68HP.

  • @kens97sto171

You're assuming displacement equals power. You have no idea what fuel he plans to run. You're assuming power is the only thing needed to go fast. You thought weight had something to do too. You know so relatively little about engines that even while looking at the cylinders in the block, you actually thought this was a 400cc engine.

  • @Acruz9301

Well unless your using forced induction, displacement ultimately DOES equal power if everything else is equal. Obviously I don't know what fuel he plans to run.. and NEITHER DO YOU! No power is not the ONLY thing, Torque is actually most important. I used the word POWER to generalize output since I did not know any of the details of the engine. Obviously weight and power DO matter DUHH!! As to looking at the block, the bore looked about 50cc hard to tell on video.

  • @ineedajoint Would be awesome. =P

Sadly, you wouldn't have the torque needed to move you. =[

  • lol a month...

  • THAT is some precision work there my friends!

  • Really...best precision!!!

  • @tazztt1 it's not hard to make someting precise if you know what you are doing and have the right tools

  • sweet!

Cant wait to see the cylinder heads...

  • That looks freakin sweet.

Is it a kit or did is it your own design?

  • Totally hand made by me...It's my design

  • Very impressive.

I was just looking at the gallery and the mechanical aspect looks rather simple.

    Wonderful design.

  • I wanna see that thing run

  • Please be patient.... :-P

  • How long until you think it's gonna be done? Like a month or longer?

  • @dekker1122 The crank seems to be a cross plane,if I`m right that`s even more astonishing.
