@JohnLennon813 Noone is born with an accent, we pick it up from the people around us while we learn to speak! In saying that though, there are many different accents in England, you can travel from one city to another 50 miles away and get a completely different accent being spoken there. Paul's accent is a Liverpool one but as he has spent so many years away from the city, his accent is quite a standard English one and "well spoken".
