hi nitro planes the worst thing that happened to me in Rc was when i was at a dog park with my HPI Savage and i turned it and was running all good then the bateries died in the tx so the car went all spaz on me and almost hit a dog then went full pelt into a shop window and broke the glass. It flipped back on to the floats but was dead in the water (center of the pond) with no propulsion. So I had to wait 45 minutes for it to drift to the edge so I could recover the plane. Fun day though.
QOTW: For me it was a servo failure on my fully modified and hopped up 70mm BAE T-45 Hawk. I was doing a WOT pass at around 100MPH, 4 feet off the deck when right in front of me it failed and pummelled into the deck, smashing itself to pieces... Oh the pain! It just kept going and going, getting smaller and smaller as more and more of it disintegrated! It was spectacular, but the walk of shame was oh so painful... Thankfully most of the other flyers came and helped with the debris round up. :-)

I crashed my home built F-22 nose first from about 20ft high. Then flew it again right away, you'd think I'd learned! But did it again 2 minutes later. Needed a power upgrade.

I wish I had an extra lipo. I hate spending so much money on aa batteries for my transmitter.

Hi Liz...would love to have a new lipo. Losing my Parkzone T-28 in a swamp after it hit powerlines. Instead of giving up on the electronics, I came back the next morning with an inflatable raft and paddled out to it and brought it back. I even repaired the smashed plane and flew it for another year!
i was actually flying my hawksky the other day and my friend and i were seeing if we could catch it from the air. i was trying to lower the plane so he could grab it but i gave it to down elevator and it dropped and hit him where your dont want to be hit with a plane lol it was funny tho but both him and the plane are ok so dont worry!
Flew a Diablo over weight with a 100 dollar camera and tip stalled. Spend an hours in a forest searching debris. Everything destroyed and was scolded by a couple that were kissing 10 meters away from the crash.
Crashed my tricopter into my neighbors brand new BMW... And when saw him immediately walking down the stairs offerer excuses, when it was by mere coincidence that he was going to his car....
Wost thing was seeing a plane hit a car that had people in it. Luckily it hit the back of the car, the people were fine. Window shattered. Everything was covered under the pilot's homeowner's insurance.
funny you should ask liz, last week the battery in my cub died during my landing approach. long story short, it stayed lost in the woods for a few days, and by the time i got it, the battery was beyond dead. luckily that's the worst thing thats happened, but a new blue lipo, sure would make me feel better. thanks for the vids guys.

my rc went out of range and went full throttle in the perfect direction hit about 50 and hit a curb on the side of the road ... totaly demolished like snapped the chassis in half. it had to get a new one.

I crashed my home built F-22 nose first from about 20ft high. Then flew it again right away, you'd think I'd learned! But did it again 2 minutes later. Needed a power upgrade.

I lost a plane in the Woods - still have not found it. I do worry about the lipo causing a fire...but, I would think the esc would do a LVC and stop it.

I wish I had an extra lipo. I hate spending so much money on aa batteries for my transmitter.
The worst thing that happened to me in rc was when I plugged my battery into the 4 in 1 wrong and it bursted into flames and I had to buy a new battery and a new 4 in 1 that cost me a total of $70!!!

Worst thing that happened to me in RC was while still learning to hover my heli got away from me and decided that a chain link fence was the best net to be caught in. Needless to say, no more blades and a totally wasted rotor head.

Hi Liz...would love to have a new lipo. Losing my Parkzone T-28 in a swamp after it hit powerlines. Instead of giving up on the electronics, I came back the next morning with an inflatable raft and paddled out to it and brought it back. I even repaired the smashed plane and flew it for another year!

i was actually flying my hawksky the other day and my friend and i were seeing if we could catch it from the air. i was trying to lower the plane so he could grab it but i gave it to down elevator and it dropped and hit him where your dont want to be hit with a plane lol it was funny tho but both him and the plane are ok so dont worry!

Flew a Diablo over weight with a 100 dollar camera and tip stalled. Spend an hours in a forest searching debris. Everything destroyed and was scolded by a couple that were kissing 10 meters away from the crash.

Wost thing was seeing a plane hit a car that had people in it. Luckily it hit the back of the car, the people were fine. Window shattered. Everything was covered under the pilot's homeowner's insurance.

funny you should ask liz, last week the battery in my cub died during my landing approach. long story short, it stayed lost in the woods for a few days, and by the time i got it, the battery was beyond dead. luckily that's the worst thing thats happened, but a new blue lipo, sure would make me feel better. thanks for the vids guys.

ooooo ok i was going to the field fly my heli and everything was just right , i mean a perfect day no wind not to hot the sun was not shining in my eyes, it was really perfect. and i got there and my pack was only half charged.and i only have one pack i got like 2min of hover and i had to head back and after it charged in the lipo bag i got from xheli.com it was snowing out side and the wind was like 30 mph. enter me please, please.
