thank u thank u so much! didn't know all the possibilities of the autofilter. and hear i was only using it as a hi/low pass filter for productions and as an audio effect for DJing -___- thank u!
@peterkleinlich Hi Peter, That technique is show at the beginning of the video so that those not familiar with filtering can try it out for themselves. Hopefully everything else is clearly explained and easy enough to hear :-)
@gosuyun Glad you like it :-) The drum loop was made by me using individual drum samples. All of the techniques used are covered in detail in the production course we run.
@QuantizeCourses ah ok i see, thanks for the answer. i would love to see one tutorial from you about shakers, how you use them, difference techniques, panning, delays.. would be awesome. Thanks, cheers from germany
excuse my ignorance... but how can i also get both automations from both filters in one chanel (i guess thats how to say it) ? how do you have one automation line above another ? :) great vid btw!
@MrRidisc If you use the drop down arrow next to the track title an automation lane will appear. Just beneath the drop down arrow you will see a small + in a circle, click this to add a new lane. Any problems just shout.
Even after working a lot with the auto filter, I could discover something new in this video. The best thing however is that it shows cool, practical examples instead of just explaining things. Thumbs up!
Awesome man this is like the bible for me

would've been "better" if the spectrogram was placed AFTER the filters, so not only would one hear the filtering, but also see it..
