  • Awesome man this is like the bible for me

  • Great stuff!

  • Really helpful man, lots of nice creative ideas. keep up the good work.

  • thank u thank u so much! didn't know all the possibilities of the autofilter. and hear i was only using it as a hi/low pass filter for productions and as an audio effect for DJing -___- thank u!

  • cool tricks... really useful.

  • When are the next one's going up? This series could be really helpful :P

  • @C4pitalise Next one will be up in a week or so looking at tricks with the Auto Pan device :-)

  • @QuantizeCourses Brilliant, thankyou very much. Looking forward to it already :)

  • would've been "better" if the spectrogram was placed AFTER the filters, so not only would one hear the filtering, but also see it..

  • @peterkleinlich Hi Peter, That technique is show at the beginning of the video so that those not familiar with filtering can try it out for themselves. Hopefully everything else is clearly explained and easy enough to hear :-)

  • great job mate, excellent ad for your courses, thank you

  • where did you get this drumloop from? Its awesome :)

thanks very much for this video!

    great work

  • @gosuyun Glad you like it :-) The drum loop was made by me using individual drum samples. All of the techniques used are covered in detail in the production course we run.

  • @QuantizeCourses ah ok i see, thanks for the answer. i would love to see one tutorial from you about shakers, how you use them, difference techniques, panning, delays.. would be awesome. Thanks, cheers from germany

  • @gosuyun I'll see what I can do ;-)

  • luv u!

  • you guys are going to do this with every ableton effect unit? thats pretty awesome! thanks, keep em coming! hopefully every week or so, lol

  • @lonelywolfy Yep all of them :-)

  • Exellent tut mate. Nice one.

  • Nice tutorial man, thank you so much. Keep it up please!

  • excuse my ignorance... but how can i also get both automations from both filters in one chanel (i guess thats how to say it) ? how do you have one automation line above another ? :) great vid btw!

  • @MrRidisc If you use the drop down arrow next to the track title an automation lane will appear. Just beneath the drop down arrow you will see a small + in a circle, click this to add a new lane. Any problems just shout.

  • @QuantizeCourses thnaks a lot

  • Sweet tutorial thanx!

  • Great.... ; )

  • Even after working a lot with the auto filter, I could discover something new in this video. The best thing however is that it shows cool, practical examples instead of just explaining things. Thumbs up!

  • Beautiful work, this will help out a bunch.

  • Thanks guys, glad you like it :-)

  • good stuff man

  • thanks Keith... super tutorial -))
