Unless you're volunteering to pay for the suit, then you shouldn't really "require" his props etc. to be "better". His area is more the VFX. In the professional

business of making films/series other people/companies do the props/suits etc.

I'm in the opposite situation, I can do SFX and not VFX.

A Tip For Your Actors: I've noticed that before you get shot you already are starting to lean before you get shot and you make it completely predictable. Try making the death more spontaneous rather than getting shot in mid fall.
