the balls are too big for that claw machine to pick up, because it really can't "grab" much. If they used a ball that was a little smaller it might work. Of course, if the claw isn't set to be "tight" then that might also be the problem

Actually the claw loosens itself after u grab it. It only tightens itself after a few tries, 20 perhaps! For example if someone won the game, than u need to play it 20 times to win. But of course u still need to aim. So just watch, count and win!
