I can't believe people say these squats are horrible. The form it forces you to have is a lot better than a regular squat. Especially when you rest the bar on your quads it forces you to be parallel.

Zercher squats are only for real man, and are harder than high bar or low bar back squats, so people who talk shit about this lift are only keyboard pussies.

@emantabrizi it is an assistance lift. it throws the center of gravity in front of you and forces you to maintain the upright posture thereby working your core and quads a lot more. no need to go as heavy coz these are just assistance lifts for the back squats.
I did these for the first time a couple weeks back with a friend. It's pretty cool. Always fun to do new things. Love your vids man, keep em coming. oh and I just bought some vibrams ;)
