Israel signed the Oslo accords in 1994 which agreed that Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank can visit each area respectively.

Allowing the people to move between Gaza and the West Bank does not hurt Israel in any way. The only way that Israel could be recieve any harm from this is if the IDF allow free movement of weapons which logic tells you has never been the case with the crossing points.

The only harm is to the 1.5 million people who can not receive the aid they need and their rights.
