you are the one's to consult regarding the environment...hahahaha...i have heard it all.it is just another way to get your hands into the pot. i have seen it first hand in local government. they had to consult over 50 elders to fix a falling cave and rock face which was a safety issue they got paid $500 each to attend the meeting and in the end they could not make a decision because a handful did not turn up. fucking joke!!!
