this video was about as informative as me watching my boss do the same thing you did. however, i enjoyed it very much for some reason! thanks for posting and thumbs up!
I am a complete noob when it comes to trimming and edging and your video was little helpful. I have a question though: If you have large grass area right by base of the house, where mow cannot get through, then how do you trim? I mean, i still trim, but it still looks large and what about trimming near fence area? Urgh, i am such a douche LOL.
@Stingerbillion do whatever you think looks nice, as far as trimming near gates and fences even i hate that it eats string and fucks ur head up just keep the line out to the right length and keep the rpms low, by RPMS i meen keep the engine from revving too high because it will melt the line because of the friction, hope these tips help if u need more help private msg me and i will further assist
Just a word of advise, I talked to a couple of echo dealers and reps and they all told me that removing the spark arrestor screen can lead to engine failure.
they tell you that because, it's the catalytic converter for a two stroke, it's all Bullshit, i dont give a fuck been like that since we bought it still runs great i do it to every thing i get

This is cool. Thanks for doing the vid and about the tips. Do you think removing the string guard is smart, because you get better control or what?
