@smokeeater1019 Well the stock muffler is center in/offset out 2.5in, so by ordering a Flowmaster that is center in/offset out 2.5in it was a simple fit. All you need is some extra piping since the Flowmaster is shorter than the stock muffler. The part number is 942547
@MichelsJeepGuy About the same amount of drone as the super 44. It's fairly quiet at 60mph, at 70 you can begin to hear a little drone, and anything over 80 you really hear it. The super 10 isn't much louder than the super 44 but it does have a much more throaty sound
@Razor4ever Engines really don't matter off-road. All you need is a good amount of torque, which both V8's have. In terms of reliability, the 4.7 is better. In terms of mpg's, the 5.7 with MDS (4 cylinder mode) is better. In terms of power, they are both about the same. The 5.7 has more hp but the later generation Jeeps are much more heavier than the 1999-2004 models.
@4wheeler14 Thanks for the info man :)!! Im getting a 2005 4.7 4x4 with the quadra full option except navi, its gonna be my parents car and my too for some casual driving :). Btw You jeep sounds sick!!
@4wheeler14 Ok so Im back from the test drive and here in europe we have 100 octane fuel, so without even thinking I filled the car half a tank on my own check. First we did some slow cornering driving to warm up the engine and the transmission. Then we took a highway to test its power and my God its a whole different world on 100 octane fuel, compared to 93 US. Anyway I fell in love with the car. People laugh at american cars, but I respect them for what they are.
@xFiveNineJeepx If I say off it I can get 16 city, but since I'm on it most of the time it's right around 14. That's about 60% city and 40% highway. I was looking for either a 5.9 or 4.7 HO when I was in the market. I love both of the motors, but since there were no 5.9's for sale I got the 4.7 HO. I know what you mean man, cars don't expect this kind of power from a Jeep. After adding a Flowmaster and chip (intake coming soon) I get right around 6.6-6.7 0-60. Not bad for a Jeep with 80k miles
@4wheeler14 My 5.9L Just hit 137k on the odometer, having a few issues due to the previous owner but nothing I cant fix in my garage. I get 12 on average.. Haha, the freeway usually gets me 16-18 mpg depending on how flat it is. I see an H.O. pop up every now and then, but im just drawn to the 5.9L more, lots planned for it when money is not nearly as tight including a supercharger and -2 mpg :P. Do you have a cardomain page?
@xFiveNineJeepx i don't have a cardomain page. everytime i seen an Overland i catch up to it and give her a little gas as i go by them haha. There's just something about the Overland package that makes the truck awesome. You get the 4.7 HO with a top notch interior, great exterior looks, and every option in the book. The fact that nothing was wrong with it when I bought it made me love it even more. I will always buy Jeep products
Sounds really good man! like the look of that tip as well! It looks thick and round. I like its look. I might put that type of tip on my durango sometime!! It sounds kinda like mine at idle! I needa hear that thing revved up!!

@4wheeler14 The FiveNine is a monster of a Jeep... An older Cobra was having trouble keeping up with me after I teased him earlier :P
What kind of MPG do you get with the 4.7L by the way?
