  • I remember meeting these dudes when I was a kid. It was back in 83. My father was in Sam Butera's band, & they were filming an HBO special with Joe Piscipo. Something happened & the sprinklers went off. Everybody in the band nearly got electrocuted & the audience/me all got soaked. As we left the little concert/stage area, Beatlemania, who were supposed to go on next, was outside. I was like 11yo & told them what happened I said I don't think you'll be playing tonight, LOL Oh man! Funny.

  • I never knew John Lennon used marshall stacks

  • @cast390 - I had to laugh - no - he never did use a Marshall stack. If you look at the bottom half of the screen you will see a VOX cabinet. This is what the Beatles used and also this group. The Marshalls were there for a different group during this three-day concert. Good catch though - thanks for the post

  • The "john" is David Leon, I saw it in a show years ago (1994) in my country Venezuela, really is a cool guy, and his tribute to john was or is really great, one of my favorite John Lennon's tribute guy !...as mithc weissman as Paul (not the guy in this vieo)

  • paul needs a wig other than that awesome

  • this is not the band BeatleMania LIve.... this is the band Beatlemania... BeatleMania Live is 10 times better.. by far.. check them out

  • Sounds great!! Sounds just like the Fab 4!!..and having Jerry Springer as John Lennon is a nice touch also :o }

  • Best tribute band out there!

  • eh, I dunno, Alan doesn't look bad without a wig..makes it look more natural looking.

  • @sportsmindedunltd - Hey Sports - I was wondering if you are related to any of these guys? I was contacted by someone a few years ago asking if the entire act had been filmed. I really enjoyed these guys and was thinking of putting a DVD together of their entire act. Let me know - thanks - Lad
