I got a motherboard with this feature, its much faster then this EEE box version being as it has a Phenom in it with a ATI(amd) videocard.
The fist screen comes up in 3 seconds on my monitor/videocard and the browser (after you have first configured it) takes less then 5 seconds more to get going.
This is faster then even the PS3 takes to get going.

It is slow, but small, lower power and cheap. 1.6Ghz Atom N270 (probably equivalent to a Core Solo 1Ghz), 1GB ddr, 80GB harddrive, Intel GMA950 graphics, Gigabit ethernet, 802.11g/n, DVI and I believe BlueTooth.
The specs are a lot like the Eee PC laptops, but without a batteries and a screen.
