That is very interesting that for fix-it elevator. Elevator has being replacing with actives motor. When they complete elevator restore to riding that?

Nothing yet. All of the cab is still in boxes in the hallway.

Why the left door opens manually?

They apparently disabled the interlock and have not placed a new on in yet. All of the other floors are locked but this one you can open right up.

Can you get the machine room for this elevator before and after it gets modernized?

Does the remodeled elevator have a car yet?

In the shaft just a floor. The new car is in and was in the hallway of the building in boxes.

Yep when the first one is put in service, the old one will start its turn.
