to be honest, this guide is misleading. The guy has taken a hard route and totally fluked the drifted blue cones on the last stage. The easiest route is left, right, right, right. On the last stage you get easy stars and everything is do-able. I just got the achievement a minute ago taking that route. Props for posting this up, but you have not posted up something that will NOT be easy for people to do.
i've done a video review on outrun online arcade, and on part 2, you can se me doing a foultless run on heart attack mode. just ignore the voice doing the review, and run the same route :-) with special request in forest with the ghosts, just drop down a gear to gain more controll over your car and stear towards those circles underneath the ghosts. on the last stage with the stars, drop down 2 gears to collect the stars. look how i take the split road at stage ending D. hope this helps.

ouais moi aussi j'étais bloqué à la derniere étape mais au bout de 4,5 fois en essayant on y arrive, il faut juste s'acharner un peu
