Don't get me wrong I did it my self once, but hanging your exhasut up with tie wire isn' t good, its really hard on exhaust doughnuts and puts alot of stress on your turbo if there is no other hangers

You should go to a 5" straight pipe from MBRP. Thats what im putting on my 03 F-250 6.0L. My trucks turbo already screams with stock exhaust, because the 2003 6.0L is louder than the rest of the 6.0L years. They must have changed something for the 04-07 6.0L to quiet them down. Cant wait to straight pipe it!

late 04-07 have 13 vane turbos, 03-early 04's have 10 vanes. the 13 vanes have a wisp sound and are pretty quit! The 10 vanes scream on the other hand and are loud!
