There was one solo at the end of "the end" there were actually four, each of the Beatles, including Ringo, doing rifts and all of them spliced together to make the solo. Or at least that's what I remember from 1969.

The chords arent but I guess he doesnt care, probably because the solo sounds better thanks to the guitar not being tuned. This is one of the three best versions if not the best, of this solo. Thanks Antroid! My amp has a lot of buzz noise, so in order to reduce a little the EQ has no trebles or bass, and the tone knobs of my guitar are all the way down as well. That's why it sounds so bad.
