hey bboy brother can i ask u something? to do swipes and windmill stuff u need good upper body power not? cause i don't train breakdancing and it just not working .... th windmill ,swipes,etc i can like do handstands with wall :P training that without wall sometimes and outhers like baby freeze n such .... any advice?

If u'r doing one legged u'll get the momentum by kicking the leg wich don't touch the floor and by twisting u'r legs hard but about the hips i can't help u cause i've got the same problem lol

@danyolee2 Keeping your hips up is alot about pushing up with the planting leg as  if doing something a bit like a bridge, the momentum thing really is just practice and getting a feel for the move, once you can do one swipe, landing comfortably high pause and go again, then just slowly remove the pause. 'bout all there is too it.

learn the windmill first, thats the core of most powermoves such as flares, airflares , ect. so if you practice windmills everyday like i dide you cant get 1 clean rotaion in 1 month and i think about a few moreto get multiple rotations
