This is not sending the right message for people who want to adopt children. The deciding factor for me that this lady was innocent was she was dealing with a rare issue and did her best to get this child to the hospital. They didn't hide anything they made a judgement call that anyone could of made. Even if they would of called 911 it might of turned out the same. Why do prosecutors witch hunt people? There job is to get the facts not twist the truth.
