As a foreigner residing in Japan I often think of the nature of Confucian values. It is an admirable system of values and thought , but requires the 'superior man ' be so ,spiritually and morally . Few are qualified in that respect , Confucianism , patriotism , nationalism are tools to control the public ..

But to say so in Japan one risks rejection one feels . .

I can just say: Go head , koreans who do not want the dictatorship to came back!!! Try to express yourselves as you can, speak with your friends, do not do anything stupid , just try to call for help outside the country and wait 4 years until the next election.

Firstly, let us try to preserve the freedom of speech. The resistence that the reporters and producers of 'PD note' have shown to Justice is one of the good examples.
