The very first time I played this part, it was on easy because it was one of my very first time playing and I barely knew how to play. So, when I head the tank music, I expected 1 tank. But actually, I got more than 1. More than 2. More than 3. More than 4, ect. It was a glitch and they were spawning like EVERYWHERE. Best first experience playing L4D2? I think yes xD

That's different. In most maps, the final raid (rescues arrival) usually has 1 or 2 tanks.

This map, however, in the second tank fight, there is naturally two tanks. Even in easy mode.
