There's two differences between Iraq and WW2. Japan and Germany invaded soverign nations, IE the Agressor. In this war, the United States pre-emptively attacked a nation that posed absolutely no threat to the United States. And was actually the weakest of the 3 in Bush's "Axis" of Evil. Iraq did not have a single terrorist organization. Saddam was a Bathist (communist) and he hated Islamic fundementalists more than Americans do. He was very harsh on them and did not allow any of them to operate. Iraq had a secular regime, and now we have replaced it with a Shia government. lol!
