noting on the cockell pickers they used to pick them just off pegwell bay and the hovercraft would leave the pad and start the channel crossing the pickers would not move so they went over them i have found this video salvage squad Pindair skima 12 Hovercratf part 1 at 3.15 min in theres a bit of fottage that may interest you

sadly not a world first a company called Pindair did this many times on the land and the giant cross channel hovercraft used to go over cockell pickers in pegwell pay
