  • great upper body strenght

  • dude there playing bloc party in the back ground <3

  • Learn 2 spell

  • lol bloc party in the background

  • great

  • why do you wear sweat bands? support, habit, keeps the sweat off your hands?

  • Hey so i just started parkour and im 13 and i pretty much have done like no conditioning. so if i want to become good at parkour i should definetly do some condition right?

  • lol my question exactly

  • Im 14 and i also started when i was 13 so this type of conditioning cetainly helped me a lot,i recommend you do it if you want to get better

  • i have no gym to go to:p so wut should i do for conditoning

  • ur home its ur best gym

  • Yushhh condition.

Run, do pushups, do crunches, jump on and off beds, jump down stairs, do pullups on a door, do dips on a banister, etc.

You have a gym fo fuh-reeee right at your house.

  • Yes. Nearly everything you see on youtube and everything you have seen on movies has only been achieved through conditioning. Without conditioning your body WILL fall apart within your first year of parkour. So just get down on the floor and do pressups, do some squats, calf and toe raises etc. There's loads to do.

  • Is that a home made gym?

  • Thats at crossfit.

  • hey, do you do pk with people or just by yourself? and im only 16 and just started being interested in pk, but im scared that its gonna take forever to get good and over fear of stuff, what type of stuff did you do everday to get as good as you are? thx alot! =)

  • Really pretty much the only thing that you need much courage to do are flips, building-to-building jumps and stuff like that, because in all other moves you can start small/slow and work your way up slowly.

It's not like I'm any parkour pro (I'm new to parkour too) but I know that.

Just learned how to roll today, but I still suck at it too.

If you're in good condition, you can get different parkour techniques down pretty fast, but if you're not, you need to train your muscles too.

    Chill out.

  • are u in states or different country ? do u know anyone who does it in Denver, CO?

  • i havnt ever done parkour before but im gunna try and learn, any tips for begginers???

  • Condition your body as much as you can and progress slowly. Dont get to crazy trying to achieve crazy stunts.

  • can anyone tell me how to do a dash vault???

  • Check our tutorials

  • Hey I was just wondering about something. When I condition should I take a rest day then condition after or is it ok to condition every day if i have been conditioning a while?

  • It is really up to you and how your body feels, I condition pretty much every day unless I am too sore.

  • Any trips on how to do the muscle ups? I can use my momentum easily to pull-up and get my elbow level with the bar, but the transition from that to dips gets me. Is it just practice or should I just strengthen my brachialis more?

  • It is practice, but you can also start by doing one arm at the time until you gain the strength to get both at the same time. Thats how most people start.

  • Daaaaym, that place looks fun.

  • im only 14 buti wann get better at parkouring but not mny places to go and tips

  • there is always some where where you can go and practice, a park, parking lot, stair cases, your own home. You just gotta develop your vision.

BTW there is no such thing as parkouring 8)

  • lol yeh its pking or just doing parkour. or free running!

  • I mean, I don't think I can start all those conditioning you did just yet...

  • there are several you can still do

like workout on stairs, push ups, watch of the condtioning videos I got and pick those you can do and drill them.

  • Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to start today then.

    Thanks again. :)

  • Hey there UrbanCurrent,

I just gotta know parkour and want to start it. Thing is I'm 25 and a gal, what do you suggest for starters?

    Thanks

  • conditioning is the main priority, you can do some of the workouts on my vids, definitely work on your upper body strength then start moving onto some techniques progressively.

  • dude. that facility is insane!!! tell me the next time u go. can i go with and does it cost anything to use their facility? what did u wrap around ur hands towards the end?

  • well if you come with me you wont have to pay, im going tomorrow.

  • thats definitely one way to utilize a crossfit facility! hahaha

  • one of many yeah, I still gotta see what else I can come up with. I love their place.

  • ya man i wish we had a crossfit gym around here. i just make due with the regular gym and the streets

  • Oh street is the best, I just love having access to those bars. I just havent found a nice park with some nice monkey bars..
