The Nazis were the last ones to claim they could sieze someones city as 'their own territory'. How in hell could Gaza be Israeli territory when it was never a part of the Partition Plan? according to the international war laws, if a defensive side wins a defensive war it have the right to keep all the lands it has conquered.

no, it is illegal to get lands by force. but when a country attacks it puts in risk its own lands. if as a defensive act the defensive side have to conquer lands - it have the right over those lands.
that is the idea of 242, giving back the lands conquered in 1967 for peace.
and why the heck we would want to close the border to gaza when in 1967 gaza was part of israel and israelis lived in it?!?

"Illegal to acquire land by war", does not provide for defensive theft- It is absolute. It does not say, "except for defensive wars". Where do you get this weird idea? The IDF website?
How could Gaza ever be a part of Israel when it was never given to them under the Partition Plan?When? Look at a map of the original plan, it never included Gaza-NEVER.
How can you say such things when a quick look at a map would easily show this idea is ridiculous?

If the Partition Plan is void then Israel has no right to any of Palestine, the Plan is what gave Israel sovereignty.
Defensive theft, Gaza was a part of Israel...it seems like you are the one who should talk to an intl. law attorney.

there was not a palastinian sovereignty either.
the british MANDATE was a mandate given to the british to help the jews have a land. at the beginning it was about to be all the mandate. but very quickly the british understood they have to do something with the natives, so they made the transjorden a palastinian state.
but the palastinians who stayed in the mandate kept protesting and fighting, so the UN brought up the partition plan to give even more lands to the palastinians.

It appears you are saying that Palestinians objecting to the Partition Plan is some sort of justification for something. What does this have to do with anything?
