  • @21sabrina1 LOL Funny...

  • damn... I wish I can move that fast in real life

  • I get how ya mean now thats fair play, you amaericans create engines with loads of torque...

  • well why not use it for u.s market too? got all the power of a ford without the massive emissions?

  • @lukeyboy900 Mainly because of price but also because its an all American type car. The new for engine is very emissions friendly also.

  • wouldn't ya be better with a euro engine? audi or mercedes?

  • @lukeyboy900 Plan to use a AMG or BMW for the Euro model.

  • well fiber glass must work for cars, look at the vette been fiber glass for 50+ years... gonna be a light car, what motor ya gonna run?

  • @lukeyboy900 Looking at the new Ford 5.0L, the 5.4L and possibly the LS9

  • Looks like an Viper mated with an S2000.......

  • you are so fast

  • annoying soud

  • i love how you didnt cut out the audio. Nice video!

  • I work on boats and yachts making fibreglass aswell as for harrier jumpjets and surfboards. I think i would actually like to learn how to use fibre glass to make car bodies. It seems alot harder and specialist than making pieces for boats. Hopefully i can one day work on car parts :) that would be cool and a nice change :D. Cool video

  • are you gonna have a opening hood

  • @956Joeboy Yes the hood will open, it will tilt forward. Check out our main website or FaceBook for images. Links are in the description.

  • @SmelDiferenToMidget Why is it Fake? or Gay? The work going into this car is the same kind of work guys like George Barris did on all his show cars. His are considered some of the best in hot rodding history. These guys are doing even more than he did. Show a little respect or go screw yourself. (12 year olds like you should not be allowed on the internet, you make us all look bad.)

  • this reminds me of the sims :)

  • you two guys move like The Mask¡¡¡¡¡

  • u gon send the lights

  • bravo mate!!!! hope the end result was worth the work!!!!

  • it took me 400 hrs to make my own 4" cowl hood scoop

  • Honda S2000?

  • are those s15 silvia headlights? and all that sped up sanding sounds like a fly

  • uhm i think this has a Aston Martin feel with a lotus body style inspiration but i love this vehicle, lol wanna trade

  • Online dating brides **busizz4me.info**

  • Man Great work, I wish I could do that too. Just put a music the sounds are very freaky.

  • insane you guys are amazing the front is beautiful is it all custom design and what car did it start as

  • was it all custom made?

  • Looks like a reinvention of the OPEL GT

  • viper?

  • sound like bee's lols!!!

  • you guys are my heroes. that car is going to be amazing

  • ohh awesome wasnt to sure if this was a mould or the actual finished project as im a carpainter must take ages to get dead straight?

  • @revolution3nz Yeah it's taking a lot of time thats for sure.

  • what if someone sits on the hood and cracks all the bog?

  • @revolution3nz Yeah no one will be sitting on the hood. This is only the body Buck. When we take molds and make the finally hood out of composite materials then it will be strong enough to dance on.

  • MR. Bailey you work is absolutely incredible.

    Please chek this link .;youtube

  • @Roccoleo2008 I think i saw the right video... it was pretty cool. Lot of detail work. I have a few Helicopters, T-Rex and Blade 400. Both are down for repairs. Damn hard to fly thats for sure.

  • Probably cheaper to build it than buy it haha

  • @ShimmyKid Well of course if cost more then we would not make any money when we sale them.

  • ur great man!

  • Sounds like my dentist's office... lol

Amazing looking car guys, I'm blown away.

  • hey.. i like this video... I love to learn how to work on auto body.. I'm planning to go take my ASE certified of MASTER OF COLLISION AND BODY REPAIR....!

  • its olredy luking good :)

  • haha fast maar mooie

  • @DtIeER Thanks man..

  • @BaileyBlade no thanks but de lichts aar wooow de car :ooo woow wonderful

  • awesome bodywork, the intakes look nice

  • You guys have amazing skills to watch though all these videos!! Really wanted to learn a lot for my attempts at very basic bodykit construction! Coming to realize more and more that its pretty much an art form!

Thanks for making these videos for those of us who want to be able to one day be as competent as you guys!

  • they like rabbits:)

  • That must have taken a lot of sanding! Beautiful work guys

  • Thanks dude....

  • i can't wait till the day my dad lets me use his dangerous powertools with out his help :D(i like anythingthing that has to do with building)

  • lol in this you look like those vampires from twilight(speed) :D

  • @chickenpoper Hey dont let our secrete get out we make all the werewolfs do the heavy lifting. haha

  • @BaileyBlade i have 4 canines(mouth) they are naturally very sharp the bottom two are closer to eachother than the top ones so i think i might be part vampire(even though if i eat meat i throw up)i throw up from (1) the smell (2)i think what the meat is made of (3) when i chew i bite on something too hard to chew or i see the fatty white stuff in the meat (4)the way it looks

  • where can i get i get the materials from cuz i cant find no web site for the fiberglass

  • i would search Google for fiberglass supply's . or try uscomposites.

  • hey bailey you seem nice...wanna be friends?:D

  • i can't even imagine how many pieces of sandpaper gave thier lives to build this car

  • A lot and there will be many more. hehe

  • keep at it. you guys do great work.

  • i want to do this as a career but im not sure how and im from england any help would be good thanks

  • Hey guys excellent work and craftsmanship this is truly a custom. My cousin used to own dcr customs in Virginia beach and we did some modifications similar to yours and I can definitely appreciate what you guys are doing.

  • I really like all this work but is the front of the car really all one piece?!?!?! Even the best of drivers have accidents or dear esp TEXAS! I know it's a pain the but but I suggest mulit piece front end. i'm sure your clients will love you for it i too am a car designer and hope to start my own car company one day. I think alot of ppl are fed up with the crap being sold to us as cars. keep it up guys

  • Thanks for the great comment, yeah the Hood will be made up of a front bumper, top hood section and rear sections by the vents. At one time we thought of having it all one piece, but decided to redesign how the hood opens so we split up the front end into separate sections.

  • How does the trunk open with those two humps there?

Hope it works out for you guys. The closest thing America had to a decent sportscar was the Panoz. It would be great to see another one succeed.

  • The trunk will open standard like many current modern cars, it will use a hinge setup that will lift and tilt the trunk up and away from the humps. Its hard to explain, hopefully you get the idea.

  • Why didn't you guys just go to a company with a Five Axis Machine with your 3d model and get it printed to a perfect clay model to make body molds from?

  • One sec let me write a check for that. Not sure if you have ever priced the cost of machining a car with a 5-Axis CNC before but its rather pricy. Especially when changes need to be made on the fly. This car has grown beyond that of CAD design and needs to be sculpted by hand to achieve the look we are going for. Something I learned a while back is CAD does not show you real world styling. Thats why most cars are still hand sculpted after spending a million bucks on 5-Axis CNC.

  • oh and how in the heck did you get it PERFECTLY symmetrical?

  • If you look around in our other videos we cover the symmetry by using a special laser gantry that allows us to take accurate measurements of the car and duplicate any changes to the other side.

  • what is the base chassis? BMW? S2000? Miata?

  • The base chassis is custom built by us its a light weight steel tube chassis. Two people can lift the whole chassis up by hand.

  • god forbid you wreck it,that would really suck

  • We wreck it then will build another. Plan on building 50.

  • eh..you can just takes so long to build, nice work btw :D

  • Absolutely Brilliant !this is a work of art and keep up the enthusiasm !! great JOB !!!

  • hey! i like what you are doing, I myself would like to give you guys a hand for FREE....one word however "respirator" fiberglass will eat your lungs out!

  • honestly i saw an rx8 shaped wery similar to shit.....it had a r34 skyline look bodykit on....

would have saved you bucketload of money...by the way i didnt see what was the cabin from that you use.

  • Fantastic.I would like to work free with you guys in that workshop to learn these skills.

  • how are yall going to pop the trunk and hood? or yall going to leave it as one body big ass bodykit?

  • There will be a trunk once we finish the shaping of the body we will cut in the truck and make it a separate piece to mold, we will also add rain gutters and weather stripping lips to the trunk area to make for a nice tight seal, just like a factory car. The hood and front clip will be separate as well, however the hood will tilt and slid forward in a unique fashion.

  • vou montar um desse !

    :D

  • obrigado ...

  • stunning guys.....stunning. 3.0 turbo v6 is an idea =D

  • I think that a 3.0 NSX V6 would fit it like a glove ; )

    (light & powerful)

  • Oh well, it looks fantastic regardless.

    Great work you guys.

What are you planning on a powerplant? LS1 perhaps?

  • Judging from the windshield line, and the hard top you had on in another video, I'm thinking this is made off a Miata.

  • Well not really, Its not based on or made off of a Miata. But we are using the glass and hard top brackets to cut down cost. In order to do this it was best if we spliced in a Miata center section to insure everything fits right. The final version will only have the Miata window glass and a few things like latches and weather molding. The doors and top will all be unique to our design.

  • great job, thats tight as ball sack man, when do u plan on finishing the bailey blade?

  • looks awesome

waiting for the finished product :)

  • and shouldn't you be wearing masks?

  • Yeah we usually wear masks I had one on earlier and Eric has the ShopVac connected to his sander. When that thing in is hooked up it hardly produces dust at all. Also our Bay has two doors on the other side that are open and its like a wind tunnel through there. So its well ventilated.

  • nice. what software are you using to speed up the video?

  • Sony Vegas software for the editing... And thats about the only function i know how to use... LOL

  • nice.

what software are you using to speed up the video?

  • Great stuff, had been looking forward to the next installment! Thanks, keep 'em coming!

  • looking good

  • Again, great job!! hope to see this car on Top Gear track oneday...

  • the cars looking great

cant wait to see the finished product
