  • That ending sucked....

  • There was going to be a Nightmare Creatures 3 and was suppost to release on ps2 and xbox but it went into development hell....... still Ubisoft has not cancelled it yet, the thought of a NC 3 is still there.... who knows we might see it for ps4 or something LoL

  • He picked up his own head.

  • i dont get the ending whose skull is that and who is the dude picking it up?

  • i remeber this on demo

  • i used to play this game with my cousin when we were like 6.we used to get shit scared sometimes lol.

  • Dang this looked scary. Never played it though.

  • this game and music were awesome, there should be a remake for ps3

  • This game was nutty.. Really nutty. i liked it.

  • 1:57

  • one of my favourite weapons in this game was that 3 barrelled hand gun that allowed Ignatius/Nadia to fire bullets in a 360 direction. I haven't seen anything like that in a game since..

  • I have. In Total Overdose on the ps2/Xbox, one of the special moves has you jumping in the air and spinning 350 degrees while firing a mac-10 from each hand.

  • This game was awesome!! I used to play the game with my friends trying to see who got the sweetest combos and dismemberments!

  • This game used to scare the CRAP out of me when I was younger. To this day I can't even make it past the stage after the giant...Snakey thing. /lame

  • i was play this game when i was kid.

  • see this.. well... ugh... as u can see, the real crowley was alive while MAYBE he had a clone of himself idk.. but how did he RLY die is the question?

  • i remember i was 5 when this came out. one of my first ps1 games. scared the shit out of me. i never did beat crowley tho.

  • same here but with resident evil 2 never got a chance to pass it

  • sweet, this proves Crowley is still alive!

  • But how? Was that creature not Crowley? I don't get it. Does it have to do with alchemy or something?

  • at 0:47 you see a figure pick up the head of the Crowley-creature and him laughing and holding it up to the sun... It has to be him! The outline is his!

1:01 : Now tell me that isn't Crowley holding up the head!?

  • Or maybe it's Samuel Pepys? Seriously, why else would that monster NOT be Crowley? It looks like him, and I'm not really sure what the game said, but I think it implied that he became that monster through the notes, though I'm probably mistaken.

  • From wikipedia:

"The story begins in 1666, when a devil-worshipping cult called the Brotherhood of Hecate were conducting sinister experiments in London .... one of their number, Samuel Pepys, set their headquarters on fire, resulting in the First Great Fire of London. The game takes place in 1834 when London falls victim to several evil occurrences."

I think that Pepys is dead, because you visit his grave at one point in the game...

  • Yeah, the ending had a very strange, but outstanding twist... leaving the player to believe another sequel was in the making, and it turns out there was (just not a very good 1)...

I personally think that the final boss of the game was Crowley's final experiment on corpse of Samuel Peyps... but the ending was never explained, so I guess we'll never know...

  • Nightmare creatures ROCKS! The Soundtrack was done by Rob Zombie.

  • If you actually watch the credits roll in this video, you'll find out he didn't. Some of RZ's music was in the US version of Nightmare Creatures 2 though.

  • Rob zombie is in NTSC to bee sure.

  • @LOKBLUDOM3N not in NC1, but in the NTSC version of NC2

  • damn..you turned the awesome stage-music-track low...that´s a mess!!!! ^^

  • i have this game on nintendo 64

  • I love this game mainly for its music! And its athmosphere <3

  • yep me to!! it rules,n did u know its halfway based on true story, there was a man named aleister crolwey that was evil from london,n the brotherhood of Hecat was a real demon woshiping occult. Cool eh

  • yo i whupped his ass no problem! befor the final blow i said: GAME OVER!!!!!

  • i was 3 when i beat this witha lil help from dad

  • I was like around 7 years old and it took me about 5 days to get to the end of the final level but I couldn't beat Crowley, he was the hardest boss I fought out of my gaming experience when I was that age... Now though Iam getting that game for the PC becuase it's my all time favorite game, the first game I played when I first got my N64, I still remember the day when my Dad rented it, I was like "Is this game even good?"...Its awsome and it's my all time game to play...

  • I remenber when i play this game, that boss is really so hard to defeat, i love the music from the game, especially the music from the bosses.

I got the Nintendo 64 version, the ending is the same with some changes but i think the plastation one is better.

The reason because i love this game is because is the firt game i got when a as a litle child.

  • this game was one of my favorites.
