this isn't his picture. This picture of a tornado and lightning stroke over Lake Okeechobee was taken at about 10 PM on June 15, 1991. The photograph was taken by Mr. Fred Smith. the drilling rig was added later to the photo in 2008 by some random person and forward through emails.
